I had Mohammed Haroon as the installation engineer. Great install, lovely service, wonderful chap. Would highly recommend.

Nightmare situation again!!! Engineer failed to arrive on site with the right equipment to deal with the task. Unprofessional attitude, a lack of problem solving skills, looked at the complexity of the task in hand decided that he wasn't capable to complete the task in hand, failed to find alternative solutions to complete the task of access to said broadband connection point. Engineer asked how to gain access to the broadband point which was on the patio behind a railing surrounding the area, my response was that he was the engineer and maybe ladders to climb over the railings would be helpful, he responded with "I'm not doing that and I don't like your attitude, who was heard by a witness, he then phoned someone and told them he was not happy with my attitude and was leaving site. I recorded all of the conversation on my phone, as I have had this situation with this company before. I have since contacted my service provider who was extremely helpful and supportive and has escalated a formal complaint with Open reach as to their contractors lack of professional ethics and service.

Was it left tidy? Yes

However a new sky installation was left to me to decide where it went . My response...I have just paid 15k to rrerender the house so with the least damage but it is essential ot works well in area x and areaY and I work at home and have to have a very strong connection.

Will it work in this room? 'Should do'

Installation happens, no tests done...a very ugly black cable on my new wall. And a very ugly box attached and plonked in the middle of the room...worse still the Internet does not work in any other room...they did not test it before leaving so 2 hours on calls to sky and they wanted £10 extra a month for boosters because of where this was installed.

Sky noe cancelled and In waiting for someone to come and remove the cables and boxes attached to my house that served no purpose.

I have spoken to 2 people since this mornings install and they had similar experiences in thos area with that company. 1 even has his electric cut off and spent a whole working day trying to get it fixed.

I took today off work to get this install done because I couldn't afford to lose connection on. Working day....as a self employed person I have lost a full days pay just to sit in the phone trying to put this right.

I have advised them of the issue via text...no response

Mr Will Steven’s recently carried out some work at my property (2 Grooms Orchard TA21 8AT) re internet connection. He was punctual, worked very hard and showed upmost professionalism throughout the time he was here. MJ Quinn could not hope for a better ambassador representing their company. Mr Will Steven’s has a very bright future ahead of him and I could not commend him highly enough.

i had the engineer jack goulty, i have had trouble with numourous company’s stating they couldn’t supply me internet but jack went all the way and made sure i had a working supply, jacks a brilliant employee and you should be proud he’s a part of your team, thank you jack i appreciate your work today

On Monday 8th June, my engineer Jason Young arrived to install my broadband… my landlord had asked me to ensure the engineer was carrying a certain piece of equipment, so trying to get through to OpenReach I accidentally got scammed…
By the time Jason arrived, I was frustrated and upset…Jason was beyond wonderful, he was so patient and kind while I rambled on about this piece of equipment that turned out to be unnecessary…. He smiled broadly and assured me everything was going to be okay…
He listened patiently as my landlord talked at him for 10 minutes…. Jason throughout his time at my house was exceptional… I cannot speak highly enough of his kindness and professionalism… I wasn’t rude when he arrived but I was upset… I wanted to hug him when he left… what an impressive young man, a real ambassador for MJ Quinn

A great customer experience - Mohammed was very helpful and informative about what he was doing - and with a very positive attitude.

And at the end, he made sure we were happy and comfortable with the new set up.

Came out to install the WiFi today, was super easy and Jayden was lovely and super polite!

Visited today by engineer Tasleem to install BT Full Fibre Broadband to our home. There were problems not of his own making due to partial blockage of underground cable ducts but Tas was persistent and stayed more than twice as long as his allotted time to complete the job professionally. Very satisfied with his work

Very curtious and let me know everything he was doing. Left everything clean and tidy. Contacted me night before to see if he could come in morning instead of afternoon, however, turned up 3 hrs late, at original appt time. Did make contact by txt in morning to say running late, but was already an hour late by this time. Then rang two hours later to say he was 10 minutes away.
On whole very pleasant chap and apologetic about being late.

Mohammed Haroon was polite, explained what the job entailed, and was very knowledgeable and competent.

Billie was amazing installing my broadband and talked me through everything. Very clear communication and massively respectful of my property, billie made sure that everything was left neat and tidy.
