We are a housing charity that require our BB installations to be terminated in a specific spot to prevent any tampering and these are not always the easiest to get to. We have had two installs by Darius and Taric who went above and beyond to terminate these connections, and we are very appreciative of them and their work.

The engineer ‘Tasleem’ was very prompt and efficient. Could not fault him. Extremely friendly and personable. Fantastic service, would highly recommend him. Very knowledgeable and informative. Many thanks.

Mohammed Haroon was the engineer for my BT internet, he reached out and let me know the time he was coming which was good because it let me do things I needed to do and then he came fixed the internet in a timely manner and had great customer service skills

Billie came today to install my full fibre. I couldn’t be more happier, she explained everything to me and was lovely to talk to. Thank you so much Billie 😁

A big shoutout for Mohammed! He did a great job. He was extremely courteous and made sure that he explained everything that he was doing. After he’d completed the job he talked me through the set up and made sure that all was well before he left. He even cleaned up any mess that he’d created through the drilling process, etc!

The best customer experience I’ve ever had with any company ever. Our WiFi was down for over 3 days and Josh went absolutely above and beyond to help us, explaining all the things I didn’t understand and giving us advice on what to do and just generally going completely out of his way to help us. Such a kind and lovely man. Would recommend this company to everyone!!! Thank you Josh!!!

We are based in Newport , South Wales. James a nice enough engineer arrived for full fibre installation. I wasn’t keen to have it done to start with because we have a temperamental internet set up which has been working fine after our IT person put it right . So I wasn’t keen of doing anything to disturb it as we work a lot from home. I voiced my concerns to him and he didn’t seem too worried about it because he said they do if day in day out. Well it was a disaster!!! He had to undo and reverse what the IT specialist had set up otherwise he couldn’t complete the installation . Now we have internet in the house but not outside in the office where it is most needed . He got flustered when I challenged him and he left saying he called an IT person to come and sort it out. Ofcourse he lied ! I have to bring our own IT specialist today hoping he can help so I will be out of pocket for nothing. I blame myself for getting ahead to start with and not declining. My experience is that the company lures you into believing it is straightforward but in many cases be prepared for hassle .

Mr Haroon was friendly and helpful. He cleared up very well after the work.
After an IT hitch the internet was working well, and I'm told the phone should be fully connected at the exchange end within 24 hours.
The other problems which led to the delay in connecting me to full fibre, were due to totally inadequate instructions in the literature I was sent beforehand, not his fault at all.
