I purchased some Windows 11 Home to Pro upgrade licenses and encountered activation issues. I was impressed with how quickly the problem was addressed.

The key I purchased did not work. I have sent several emails requesting a refund and have been ignored.

My second purchase from MKs, probably not my last

I purchased the software. Couldn’t get it to install. The error message said all the licenses under the key I was given were already in use.

I called the number it suggested I call. A lady answered and proceeded to put me on hold for 35 minutes while she “looked into things” despite not asking me any questions as to who I was or what was happening. She literally answered the phone and put me on hold.

While on hold with the woman I uninstalled any software I had previously, reinstalled using the link provided and set it all up myself. She hadn’t even come back on the line so I just hung up.

Awful customer service. But the software eventually worked.

I did get the one key sent to work. the order showed three devices, but received only one key. Also, I had to validate the key via a phone call because the key was already used. This seemed really strange.

I ordered a product and received a code. Shortly thereafter I realized I had ordered the wrong product. I emailed the company and Mike wrote back saying they couldn't do a refund but he could get me a code for the product I needed as a gift (free of charge). I thought that was extremely nice of them. I appreciated the gesture.

I have been unable to download the software. Although the add stated I could get my money back within 7 days, I have not been refunded my money.

There is no way to enter this key into the product license.

It made use of websites easier.
