Pathetic excuses to be honest

Pathetic excuses to be honest. They approved me on all fronts. Because my facial recognition was unsuccessful due to a wrong angle, they declined my application. When following up, they mentioned it is not about affordability because my credit score is very good. But because of internal factors. When asked for the exact reason, they can’t answer.

Reading all the reviews now, I’m actually glad I didnt go through with it.

However your inaccurate decisions still affects one credit report, so don’t do it at all.

If I could rate a 0 star I would've...

If I could rate a 0 star, I would have. I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received since I have signed up with this company. I have been trying to update my banking details for weeks on my online portal and was told by a consultant on WhatsApp that the changes were done and that my account is fully paid and up to date. However, when I log into my portal it still reflects the incorrect bank details and nothing has been updated. Communication is honestly shocking. I wait hours or even DAYS for responses on WhatsApp and there is no direct contact number. The one's I have found online goes to voicemail. I have left multiple messages asking for someone to call me, yet the only call I received are quick to tell me that I have an outstanding balance, which is completely confusing based on the information I was given earlier and no feedback or support on updating my details and information. I am more than willing to pay any outstanding amount if that is the case, but the agent who contacted me promised to send banking details and I have still not received anything to date. This is unacceptable and extremely frustrating. How is a customer supposed to resolve anything when there is no support, no direct line, no communication or delayed communication and responses and no follow-through? I will never make use of Mobicred ever again!!

Complaint

Complaint: Incorrect Debit Order Date and Resulting Bank Penalty

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the recent debit order that was incorrectly processed from my account. The debit order was deducted on the wrong date, contrary to the agreed-upon terms of my repayment schedule.

As a result of this early deduction, my bank declined the transaction and charged a penalty fee of R100. This fee was incurred solely because the debit was attempted outside of the agreed date, not due to any fault or negligence on my part.

In terms of Section 54 of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), 68 of 2008, consumers have the right to timely and proper performance of contractual obligations. The incorrect processing of the debit order constitutes a breach of this obligation. It is both fair and reasonable to expect that I should not bear financial loss caused by this administrative error.

Furthermore, the ongoing lack of response or resolution since September is unacceptable and falls short of the service standards expected under the CPA.

Mobicred is the worst

Mobicred is the worst, firstly they do not submit credit to the credit bureau for credit score, secondly, to settle their account is crazy, you can ask for your balance today and be given the amount, then tomorrow ask again, the amount is different, and lastly, its a problem for them to refund you after debiting more than the balance you owed to them.

Honestly, I would never suggest anyone to use Mobicred.

Mobicred practice fraud happily

Mobicred are not able to manage themselves correctly. Their call center does not operate correctly, they put you through to people who never answer or you just get cut off. Never in my life have I had such an awful experience with a business.

I have been with Mobicred for more than 2 years now and yet this company does not report my credit history with them to the Credit Bureau's. I have been speaking with them about this for more than a year now. They constantly tell me it is going to be sorted out, but never is. I have years of good credit history with this company that does not reflect on my credit report. This is a crime and yet they have no answer for me.

I have spoken with multiple "Operations Managers" for the last year. It appears this company cannot hold employees for long and those that they do promote and place are severely incompetent.

I have spoken to this company more than 30 times about this issue and yet nothing gets done about it. I have requested all my call recordings and correspondence with this company multiple times and never receive it...

This company was supposed to help me build my credit score and credit security, but instead this company has actively worked for the last 2 years to completely destroy any chance of improving my credit score. It is a disgrace, they are committing fraud and simply do not care. The top dogs in their Ivory Towers are to scared to speak to customers and leave it for their little cogs to handle.

I am severely disappointed in this company and yet they continue to screw me over and make tons of promises they have never kept.

Mobicred Customer service is pathetic

We have requested a Settlement amont numerous times, then the response is we receive it in 24 to 48 hours, after time past we requested again then got a email yesterday morning that we will receive the settlement amount attachment once it is ready, the afternoon we receive an email that they handed the account over and we must pay the amount as it is high. But we have been trying to settle this account for awhile. Their customer service is pathetic!!!!

Horrible service

I blocked my account accidently by entering wrong password. Locked the issue with customer care and called they offices. Send them the response from their server with screenshots. No resolutions after a month of back and forth. Very much unhappy with after services

These guys win the prize for the worst…

These guys win the prize for the worst customer service that i have encountered in 2023. It has been 7 months and they cannot resolve a simple debicheck issue.
Take your business to another service provider. Seems there is absolutely no accountability in their business dealings.
