Disappointing communication
UPDATED AFTER RECEIVING WHEELCHAIR
Was hoping things would get better after receiving telephone call from MobilityHQ on 15th and was told item would be received either that day or next day (15th or 16th). Waited until the following Monday (20th) to contact MobilityHQ advising that it did not arrive. The customer services rep. said it had never been sent and that it would be despatched from Ingleburn for delivery on Wednesday 22nd. Five minutes later I received another phone call saying it would not be until Monday 27th! She apologised the the delay. I am happy with the wheelchair and the price but attention to detail was lacking in this instance. Surely after receiving an order and receiving payment someone could have seen that the item needed to be delivered.

Ordered article 3/11. Waited for new invoice with added postage. Received that on 8/11. Paid for order that day. Finally received email on 13/11 saying article has been posted on 13/11. The original estimated time for delivery was 13 or 14/11 which is impossible to fulfill. Contacted MobilityHQ and left message during this process to find out what was happening but no one returned my call. Hopefully my order will arrive soon but I don’t have an ETA. There is no tracking available with this order.

I feel that the scooter should come with at least one rear view mirror. I also think it is a little slow, otherwise I find it to be of great 👍 use to me.

The ordering good, the dilivery bad, the lady in Sydeny, very good and help full. the pickup point in Darwin not good, as they wanted $1000.00 extra for same scooter?
