selling goods online when you don't have stock is just wrong to expect people to pay money for items that are not on the shelf but you expect payment for postage when it can take up to 3 to 4 weeks after the goods are ordered for them to be posted therefore i will not use your services in the future ordered 31/03/23 posted 26/04/23 nearly a month after the flag was ordered it was posted not good enough

Price was the cheapest I could find. Lachlan was very helpful. Told us before purchase that they were waiting on a delivery and answered enquires promptly. While we were not in a hurry, we decided to buy immediately to lock in the price. We were phoned a few weeks later and told delivery was due the following day. So we were home when the walker arrived, fully made up. The Aspire Walker was a gift for a friend. They are very happy with the light weight, quality and maneuverability of the walker.

I was never asked about the width of the wheelchair I purchased. It turned out that the chair is not wide enough and that it appears to be for a child not an adult. When I make a query about that I was told that " we cannot Exchange it " That was it. Now I am left with a wheelchair of $ 549.00 that I cannot Use.

A very simple and straightforward process from start to finish. The mobility scooter was just as described on line and delivered direct to my door. I bought an ex- demo model and it has been an extremely good buy, very compact, easy to get in and out of the car, get glances and comments wherever I go.

EXCELLENT customer service; score 5/5; prompt action on the reported issue of uneven / abnormal wear of rubber of wheels; the tech, on 03/02/2023, reported bent frame as the cause of the issue; and recommended replacement of the walker. There was, however, a bit of a let down by the sales department; no communication whatsoever from sales department about delivery status of replacement walker and also it took more than two weeks to send a replacement walker which was delivered on 21/02/2023. Score 3/5; had to keep on following up through customer service for delivery status. Anyway, all is well that ends well and I am happy with the replacement walker. I wish that I could give a perfect score for sales department too. Thanks Aidacare.

Comfortable. Wheels could have been larger - bounces when cross the road. Horn is too soft.

Twice I have purchased a bed safety rail, twice I have requested that an invoice not just a delivery docket be included, twice It didn't happen.
Woul you please mail me an actual invoice for my goods.

Very happy with service, but very unhappy with product. The handle of sponge was smooth plastic once wet you couldnt hold it,continually slipping outta my hand. Utta waste of money gor me, its slready in the bin. Kay,Albury NSW

Easy site to follow, order accepted and goods arrive quickly. Unfortunately Australia Post delivered goods to a Nursing Home about 1K away, however they telephone me and I collect items.
