The pack was not opened and I asked to return them, they refused, now I am stuck with 4 useless handles.

I was amazed to receive my new walker only 4 days after I ordered it. I am very happy with it as well.

We ordered an electric motorized chair for my father. Mobility HQ had the cheapest price for what we were after and for an extra $300 they would also unbox and set up the chair which we happily paid. However when the chair was delivered to the care facility they were not allowed inside due to health restrictions, so left the chair in the box. MobilityHQ would not refund the $300, easy money for them.

I needed a wheelchair at very short notice. On contacting the company, the stock was identified, and delivery following purchase was very prompt. The item is exactly as described and promised. Highly recommended.
