The service I received was very good, on enquiry and on speed of delivery. The gentleman who came to fit the hoist was also good but I have not been able to use the hoist at all. It does not move out of the car far enough for it to clear the edge of the boot and therefore the first time I used it, I damaged the paintwork on the car bumper. The reason being I have to hold the scooter away from the car while it lowers passed the bumper. The scooter weighs too much for me to lift it, hence the need for the hoist but when we did lift it it was in separate pieces, on the hoist its all together and much too heavy. Unfortunately a lot of money wasted I think

We purchased a person hoist. It's a bit uncomfortable but ideal to get someone who can't walk or get in a car. Whole process was flawless, everything explained & very quick service

A complete c**k-up from start to finish. Bad communication between supplier, fitting agent and myself. This was NOT resolved despite numerous 'phone calls, emails or messages via Company site contact boards. Incorrect components sent due to agent NOT taking full details of my vehicle resulting in delays while correct items were sourced. I'M STILL WAITING FOR A "FLIP-UP" ACCELLERATOR PEDAL ordered on August 13th 2024 but still NOT supplied. Other items finally fitted 1st October 2024 - seven months after I took delivery of my vehicle...!

Happy to say I have been contacted by the companies referred to above. I have been assured that matters will be resolved to my satisfaction in the very near future.

I found every one involved to be very helpful, understanding and listened to my concerns. My wife and i couldnt be happier.

And the service was as good as the product. The rep booked an appointment, then rang us a week later to see if he could come a week earlier!!
We chose to have fitting in alfreton. Bit of a treck, but home turf for me. Dropped the car off at 8:30, finished by 3.
The only thing I felt was lacking was a bit of sticky back velcro so the controls could be hung out of the way if others were using the seat!! But I had some in the 'kitchen draw of treasure'

Fitted me a hoist in my car to lift a mobility scooter in and out. The lads who came to my house to fit it were nice, polite and punctual. The hoist has made all the difference to me getting out & about with the scooter.

Very good service, a difficult problem with my scooter solved. The hoist is fabulous and easy to use, I can now take my scooter to town again. The date is wrong but I can't remember when the hoist was fitted.

Hoist , adapted and installed in my wife’s car. The engineer was very skill full with the adaption and installation of the hoist which lifts an electric mobility scooter into the boot in 1 piece. No struggles or stress anymore.

Very happy with the service and the adaption to the car. I had the accelerator adapted so it can be used normally on the right side or it can be used on the left side when I am driving. I am having lessons as advised!

From start to finish they were reliable and the hoist was expertly fitted with clear instructions on its use. It works well and is exactly what we needed. We would not hesitate to recommend this company.
