Patient and helpful staff
All staff very patient with my frequent call for me to make the right decision.
Apart from some problem with the remote battery. This was dealt with very efficiently. Fitting of the hoist done by a kind and helpful gentleman
I think this firm employ good people.

Great service all round from Mobility in Motion
Mobility in Motion first gave us a comprehensive demonstration of the Joey lift, whilst confirming the suitability of our vehicle and checking on our specific needs and preferences. Communication was excellent and the lift was fitted in one afternoon and one morning at our local hub in Chesterfield. The lift is excellent and all wiring is done professionally with our MPV returned in pristine condition. M in M even gave us a call a couple of weeks after installation to ensure that everything was working as it should. Great service all round.

The very helpful staff
The very helpful staff
Everyone from first contact through to the fitting of left foot throttle pedal with flip control so that my daughter could drive it right footed if necessary were very helpful and explained everything in plain English not technical jargon.

Helpful honest ,engineer turned up on the day,explained everything and was friendly also the company followed up a few weeks later to check that everything was ok. Overall a good experience.

Delivery was excellent
Delivery was excellent, after sales service was excellent but more time demonstrating and checking that the purchaser was confident using the chair and hoist is essential.

Very courteous, efficient and thorough.
I really couldn’t speak more highly of Rob, from the moment he arrived, to the completion of the installation of the hoist which was fitted very tidily. After the demonstration Rob made sure I understood not only the operation but also added some maintenance advice. I was extremely pleased with everything.

I was treated with respect.The demonstration was excellent. The person arrived at my home in good time, and wasn't in a hurry. I was allowed to use the boot hoist many times,until I was happy with how it worked.
Not sure of date, so just put nearest to month that I recall.
