Bought a tablet from them, finding it impossible to set up, been in touch with them, said they will get back to me, I'll wait and see what happens.

Bought a re-furbished Lenovo laptop from Mobstars. It had a fault early on and they very quickly arranged for it to be collected via Royal Mail and they sent a replacement within a few days. All good so far. Very pleased with the prompt service and excellent communications! Many thanks.

Mobsters were there to help me get my Router connected to the Internet when I had problems.

I bought a refurbished HP pro x612 tablet for £80 ans they sent the wrong connector. I USED an old connector AND IT CHARGED THE TABLET ONCE GIVING ME TIME TO BUY THINGS. After that it died. mobstars were good that they collected it and reunded my money. i thought I would try them again. This time it had the right charger but froze after I started it up. they really are rubbish.

I bought a Lenovo MIIX 320-10ICR 2in1 tablet from Mobstars on 16th Nov and it was dispatched on the 17th and delivered on the 20th. My very first windows based tablet. It is amazing and easy to use as i use windows 10 on the pc. I did have to send it back as i unwittingly mistook the headphones socket for the charging socket. and thought it wasnt charging so i sent it back. The Technician looked at it and could find nothing wrong with it but changed the power adaptor . I later find out the error was mine and the tablet was actually in working order . am very pleased with this tablet and Mobstars are brilliant. If i ever see anything else i want then Mobstars will get my business anyday. Rock On Mobstars :)

I recently bought a tablet for a new project at work. The service was first class and the item was with me very quickly. Once the project is complete I will be going back to Monstars and purchasing another. I can't rate this company enough for their fantastic service & professionalism.

Bought a monitor through ebay, monitor arrived with no stand and no power lead. Only responded to me as ebay forced them, communication is appauling. Do not buy from these fraudsters

I bought a refurbished HP Pro X2 612 G2 tablet from this company. Order ref 10-09857-58068. The item arrived on time and in great condition. I tested it promptly, using diagnostic software and found it performing as it should. I did however, flag a minor issue with the storage capacity of the item, so l contacted the seller. They immediately took ownership of the problem and offered an immediate replacement or partial refund. I opted for a refund, which was processed within minutes.

I would certainly use Mobstars again and l am delighted with their customer service.

They sell good for nothing refurbished for trash electronics. Avoid to save your money !!!

Mobile phone package delivered a day late with nothing inside it!

baught a refurbished mobile phone and the F ing thing wont charge up, mobile data dont work sound volume is terrible ..... it keeps making phone calls by its self

Very poor customer service,
I bought a Surface tablet that I was expecting to receive at my home in France,
The parcel did not arrived due to french currier "Colissimo" the tablet was sent back to the sender with the official reason of "the destination address was not correct". I contacted Mobstars via email to discuss possible redelivery or refound, but I have not receive any reply from them so far (6 days after expected delivery day)
Very poor customer service when actually you need it. lack in professionality. At present I am without tablet that I paid and with no information from the seller. I will avoid it next time

i bought something from this company and realised it wasn't what i wanted , i asked them very nicely to cancel the order before it was marked as dispatched , however that request was totally ignored !
Now they are refusing to pay my money back !
i would advise anybody to steer well clear of them !!!
