Bitte bestellt nicht von dieser Firma. Das Zurücksenden wird nicht übernommen, außerdem verlangen sie noch 40€ Zollgebühren, was aber nicht stimmt. Zollgebühren gibt es ab 150€ Bestellung.

Ze accepteren geen retour omdat de douane extra kosten kan opleggen en moeilijk kan doen.. Dikke zever! Ze willen voor 2 kleren een cadeaubon van 3 euro geven ahahahah! 2 kleren kosten wel 50 euro en niet 3 euro!

İch hatte auf der Seite eine Bestellung aufgegeben. Meine Bestellung wurde nie angekommen, da meine Adresse von denen falsch geschrieben wurde.
Seit fast 6 Monaten schreibe ich hin und her und verlange um eine Erstattung und jedes mal haben sie eine andere Begründung. Die Lieferung soll erst zurück damit ich eine Erstattung bekomme. Das ist doch ein Witz. 6 Monate dauert es nicht bis ein Paket wieder in der Türkei ankommt.

Haben dort bestellt. Ist auch alles angekommen. Ein Kleid hatte ein Fehler am Stoff. Haben Bilder gemacht geschrieben und die einzige Antwort war,dass sie es der zugehörigen Abteilund weiterleiten. Seit Wochen keine Antwort. Nie wieder hier bestellen.

Ich habe zwei Kleider bestellt und den ganzen tag auf den Lieferdienst gewartet, als ich eine kurze zeit nicht am Handy war rief er angeblich an. ich habe zurück gerufen und gesagt, das ich zu hause wäre aber es kam keine Lieferung.Zu meinem Glück wollte ich an der Tür zahlen. Ich habe bei Modaselvim nachgerfragt aber es liegt keine Info über meine Bestellung vor. Viel Geld gespart.

Zelfs 1 ster is te veel! Artikel is terug gestuurd en na 4 maanden heb ik geen terug betaling. Artikel is naar hun depot Nederland terug gezonden, voor goedkeurig Türkije. Zogezegt nog altijd niet in Turkije toegekomen. Tot slot kleed terug gestuurd en geen geld terug gekregen! Ware afzetters!

Abendkleid bestellt, mehrmals Rücksprache gehalten, uns wurde auch versprochen dass wir das Gehalt zurückbekommen. Wir haben das Geld aber nciht bekommen" wurden verarscht.! Wir bereuen es sehr, dass wir dort bestellt haben.
