Lack of communication
I recently placed an order with your store, but I am disappointed to inform you that only two out of the three items I purchased were delivered. Upon contacting customer service, I was told that the third item was out of stock and was asked to select another item as a replacement.
I promptly selected a new item and provided the details as requested. However, I have yet to receive any confirmation or update regarding the replacement. This lack of communication has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed.
Could you please update me on the status of the replacement item? I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.

Pros & Cons
Been a customer for years now so I'll give an honest evaluation of what I've experienced.
Pros
- Sizing is always consistent. This is so important because with other companies you can never really know what size to get, especially when shopping online. Modelle however has always been consistent and I've never had to return an item for sizing.
- Affordable Prices. I cannot emphasise this enough. I see so many modest & Muslim businesses mark up their prices so much simply because they can. I hope Modelle keeps their prices as they are.
- Shipping updates are great as they continually update you on how your shipment is travelling, when the shipping label has been printed and when it has arrived.
Cons
- In-person Experience & Customer Service. I've noticed that some of the ladies that they hire have very poor customer service skills and it looks as if they are improperly trained. Examples include never greeting customers when they walk in, on their phones, not enthusiastic or friendly (!!!!), and oftentimes look confused when you ask them for advice, to process a return, look for other sizes, etc. I've even had a girl serve me who refused to speak directly to me and had to tell the other worker what she wanted to tell me. I was really confused by this especially because she spoke fluent english so it wasn't a matter of translating.
- Website could use a revamp as it sometimes lists items without pictures, doesn't include the material of the product or doesn't always mention if the product has stretch or not. They could also include the model's measurements to make it easier to find your size.
- Sometimes the colour of the product can be waaaaay off from the picture! I understand that this is to be expected due to studio lighting but sometimes I question if it is even the same product. For example, I once ordered a yellow top and when it arrived it turned out to be a deep orange colour. I think when studio lights change the colour of the product it would be useful to edit the brightness of the photo to make it look more accurate. That way it would minimise the hassle with returns.
- Website also continues to display products that are out of stock and have been for years now. I think these products should just be removed altogether from the site if there are no plans to bring it back in stock as it makes the shopping experience really confusing and frustrating when browsing as you think you found a perfect item only to say its out of stock.
- There should also be an option to get notified when a product comes back in stock. That way they know which products are highly demanded by customers.
- Packaging is really cheap especially the plastic that the items come in when you order online. This may not seem like a big deal but I think it makes such a big difference. When you open your package you don't want to feel as though your items came from temu/aliexpress because that is what it feels like. You want to feel like you got your moneys worth. Also, these days everybody is switching to recyclable packaging which would be a good change to see from Modelle as well.
- No refunds given for full-price items is really strange. I've never seen that before. Personally I haven't had an issue with this and I always take store credit as I know I'll be back anyway but for other people this might be a huge red flag and could trigger complaints.
Overall I must say that these cons are such small things that I’ve picked up on and are merely just opportunities for improvement, hence my 4-star rating. I will continue to be a loyal customer but these are just some things that would make my experience (and everyone else’s) much better!

Very Unprofessional although their products are pretty great
They have a good collection with a decent price range, and I like their products. But their shipment process is so slow and never on time. A couple of weeks ago, I ordered three items, and I only received one of them after two weeks of processing. I have also encountered rude customer service in-store.

I have no idea where my order is or…
I have no idea where my order is or what’s happening to it. Everything’s so disorganised and I can’t even contact them. It’s been nearly 30 days and my order was sent back to them from the shipment areas because they did something wrong and now it’s lost. Btw I spent a lot of money for this to have happened.

High quality local modest biz!!
The package unfortunately took aaages to arrive (to Perth), probably due to the national black friday blitz.
Once it arrived, it was well worth the wait. I was really surprised by the quality, it was good quality materials and GOOD cuts, not shapeless! I am a size S-M and both the size 8 and 10 fit well (so both were loose fits, nothing was tight). Loved my items.
My only negative was about the scarves, I really didn't like how it was pre-packaged in a tight twist. I'll have to iron them. Would be great if they were just folded up.
That said, I'm literally about to check out my cart for my second purchase. Thankssss! 👍

Dint get the item ordered
I got 1 item missing in the package and when I tried reaching out and got a reply saying that the item was out of stock and I will get refund for that item, but what if I dint check the quantity? Modelle would have silently ignored and not even inform and refund the money? This is very bad experience I had and now it comes to trust issue with Modelle.. makes me think to shop again with Modelle..

The greenacre modelle is terrible, the service is bad, the staff are rude and ignorent. i bought a top and it had a missing button so i went back to them a few minutes later and the lady says i cant return it or even exchange it and made me go all the way to chester hill which was very far and hard for me to go to just to get a dress from them when greenacre would have easily exchanged it. muslims shouldn't be like this.
