Mailbox was damaged upon arrival. (Dented and paint chipped). Based on excellent packaging, it was damaged before sending and sent anyway. I don’t have the ability to ship back.

I've gotten multiple emails asking for reviews, and to add on product, but not one about the status of my order, the estimated ship date, when it will go into production, etc. Total silence on all the issues I care about. It's all just "tell us how great we are." How am I supposed to rate a product that I have not received, and have no idea when I will receive. They seem to care more about boosting their rankings than providing customer service.

I have not been contacted about an order the owner said was shipping one week ago. It seems their Etsy site does well and they're prompt there, but not on their own site. I'm confused as to why they said the product was shipping but then never did.

...OK, I take it all back. The mailbox arrived (albeit) a little late, but it is here and is really well made and super nice. Thanks. ...now for the numbers.

The mail box arrived in good condition, however the finish on the numbers has several visible flaws. Also, the mailbox is no where near compatible with our current post. If this information was on their website, I never saw it.

I made a mistake while ordering and they were kind enough to allow me to cancel my placed order. Excellent customer service.

We purchased a mailbox and post for our new home. It is well built and beautiful. It’s the little things like your products that make a big difference. The mailbox was delivered quickly and packaged great. It was fun and fairly easy to install with a couple of bags of concrete and a level. Thanks for making cool stuff!

Impressed with products available. Impressed with the online experience. I purchased the address sign. Forgot to add the numbers. I received a nice reminder email after the purchase. Received items quickly. Top notch quality. I LOVE the address sign.

I love the product. However, it’s very deceptive that the product includes a picture of the plaque and the numbers on the initial price. Then once you choose the numbers, the price went up over 60%, in my case. You guys should really be more upfront with that.

We could not be happier with our new mailbox and house numbers. The box is constructed absolutely beautifully with very heavy gauge powder coated steel. The construction is flawless. The mailbox is well-designed, very sturdy, and reasonably priced. The first one arrived with a slight dent and Danny sent me a replacement immediately.

Web site could be less confusing. "Continue Shopping" usually means you go back in order to continue shopping for possible other items...not continue to the next web page in the Cart.
Why does it take 10-15 days to begin shipping? One of the first web pages on your site says most items take 1-3 days shipping. Didn't know it takes 10-15 days to process an order...and then add another 3 days, at least. Unfortunately I needed the item much sooner. It kind of got me by surprise that it can take 2-3 weeks to arrive. A little disappointed...in today's marketplace, most deliveries do not take as long. Unfortunately, I have some landscaping taking place. I just wish you of been more a little more clearer on shipping items...Also, your web site does not give you an estimate on a delivery date...Just a suggestion/...I just hope, for the price, the mailbox & post are good as you say it is...Carlo
