All good apart from the tracking updates
All good apart from the tracking emails where it showed it was in the next county..so I didn't do anything. But scrolling down to the bottom it was actually in a shop about 2 miles away! That info should be at the start of the email so it isn't missed. I missed it for a week!

ModeSens found my fave sold-out sneakers!
I was looking for the new Nike Air Rift Split Toe sneakers and after searching all the sites (including Nike!) it seemed they were sold out everywhere. I checked the ModeSens app and it directed me straight to a size 9 pair at Net-a-Porter/Mr. Porter - they were hidden in the men's section even though the sizing was in women's. I never would have found them otherwise. Thank you ModeSens!

Outstanding experience and special occasion dress
I found a very elegant special occasion dress which appeared to be high quality. It had been discounted, and I was told it was a final sale. I was concerned about its condition but was assured that if there was a problem, it would be resolved.
The gown arrived in immaculate condition. Lovely fabric and perfect beading. It fits like it was made for me. I am absolutely thrilled with the dress and the service! This mother of the bride could not be more pleased!

I tried on the larger size at Nordy's Oak Brook, they had no small. Neither did online. I saw Modsens, ordered it, Immediately heard back, easy order and received it in under a week. I'm a fan!

Super angry
Fed Ex shows that they delivered my order to me. I DID NOT receive it. FedEx refuses to provide any further information to me as they said you sent it ground economy (the cheapest way). They provided me with a USPS tracking number that is incorrect.
You have NO PHONE number for customer service. I want my MONEY BACK!!! I have spent 2 hours trying to get ahold of you, talked to FedEx twice (they refuse to help me) and now I have nowhere else to turn.
I want my money back!

My new Levi's Overalls
My experience was great because my order arrived in a timely manner and the product fits perfectly with my new wardrobe. Even though the product cost more, the product is of great value and quality. Again, the product is of excellent quality and it matches all of the colors in my new wardrobe. It felt like the product was crafted "Just for me!"
