Did not receive what I ordered.
I did not receive the product I ordered. The shoes that arrived do fit and I like them. Not worth the likely hassle of return or exchange.
I'll just keep these shoes and never use this store again.
I will purchase the shoes I really want elsewhere.

ModeSens found the unfindable
ModeSens found the unfindable. This jacket was sold out in this color and size, but somehow they located one. It took a few weeks, but ModeSens sent a couple emails a week keeping me updated. It arrived a few days ago and it's perfect. I will use ModeSens again.

I liked that I received the ball chair…
I liked that I received the ball chair within 11 days. Didn’t like that the tracking updates were not accurate. I received updates that the item was on its way for 2 days AFTER it was delivered. I notified ModeSens that it had been delivered. Only then did I receive an email that it had been delivered.
