Small issue quickly resolved
I did have one small issue with the hutch sides, but the customer support team and my sales rep took great care of it. They immediately sent me new/missing parts and the issue was quickly resolved. Fantastic support.

We were sent the wrong face plates for the drawers, I called and they sent the correct ones right away.
Every time I spoke with a representative they were always kind and had a lot of patience with me. I’m hoping to redo my daughters closet in the near future and will definitely be using this company again.

Very easy to order and the designer…
Very easy to order and the designer helped take all the guess work out of what would fit in our space. It took a little bit of time to understand the direction but once you put the first unit together, you understand the build process. The quality is very good and I most definitely love the closet. It’s perfect! My only complaint is the delivery. Delivery cost was expensive and they will only drop off the units on the sidewalk. And they give you a large window of time in which you must be there for drop off. Otherwise, I do plan to use Modular Closets again.

Fail
Your instructions are far from clear I am an automobile mechanic and if I wasn’t, this would have been a struggle. The quality of your drawer system is adequate if that. The strength of your drawer slides and the position of their mounting allows the drawers to be too close together. This is because the grooves in your main frames are machined to close together.

Entryway Mudroom System
Jack, the design consultant was very helpful in designing a small area of my entryway. When we received the order, we were missing parts but they handled the issue quickly and received the parts the next day. Overall we received an excellent customer service from designing to delivery process. We are glad we ordered from them even though it took a while to assemble and install the modular system. The product is great quality wood, very heavy and would highly recommend them if you are looking for home organization ideas especially maximizing small spaces.

Brenda and Modular are exceptional
Brenda and Modular were exceptional. Glad I found them and her. Their products are top of the line quality, but even better is the design process. I gave Brenda the measurements. She was patient and proactive over 3 design calls. I consulted my wife each round and we got exactly what we needed whistles and bells included. 2 pallets came in a week. After 3 work days we have a 15k result at half the price - just follow the instructions! This after a few years and got 4+ quotes. Modular was a perfect fit for us and our closet!

Some pieces were damaged in shipment but replacements were promptly sent. A few pieces of hardware were missing but were also replaced quickly.
