Everything fit perfectly, all parts included, design assistance was spot on

The entire experience was awesome. Modifying the design to accommodate our needs was simple. Shipping was quick. The packaging made all components arrive in perfect condition. The instructions for assembly was clear and simple. The dimensions and fit in our small area was so perfect. It's hard to find anything to criticize. The entire project was flawless and well worth the price. Thank you.

My closet is very small, so maximizing every inch of available space was really important to me. The new design does exactly that, and the quality of the materials is superb.

I love the finished look, I have much better use of the space, and I’m extremely pleased with the end result. Highly recommend!

Terrible customer support, delivered materials wrong, would not recommend using your product.

I love working with modular closets. Our installation was less than perfect due to self created issues, however, their customer support team was unlike any other and helped us fix the problems and deliver a beautiful product. We couldn’t be happier. I’m looking forward to using them for other closet spaces in the future

While my closet arrived on a pallet ( I didn’t realize that was how it was being delivered!) it was exactly what I wanted. It completely transformed my walk-in closet to have more functions space.

I ordered one mudroom section to place by my back door.
CONS:
1. They sent the wrong pieces. I needed 2 outside side pieces, they sent 1 middle piece.
2. As I'm getting ready to put the top and bottom together, I noticed there were no OVVO Dowels in the hardware packets they sent. So I had to email them for the dowels and wait 4 days to receive them.
3. The quality is just barely OK. The pieces are ill fitting.
4. The top and bottom attachment is very unstable and I had to tether it to the wall in the back and I had to add brackets to the top and bottom pieces so that the mudroom unit would stop wobbling...I shouldn't have to do that!!
5. The instructions are confusing! I've been putting Ikea furniture together for decades and the instructions could be better. Should have stuck with Ikea!
PROS:
1. Customer service was responsive.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THE MUDROOM PIECES. Don't know if the closet systems are any better🤷‍♂️

When I received parts of a bench that were not in good condition, the company immediately sent replacement parts.

The planning from start to finish, was wonderful. The shipping was fast and delivery was perfect.

Brenda did a great job helping me design three walk-in closets. We built a new house and instead of having the Trim Guy build sub par shelving. We decided to go with modular closets.I received three pallets loaded with boxes. It took a little time to sort things out to figure which closets each box went to. We had one box that was damaged in shipping, but they were quick to replace it. The closets are not hard to assemble. It just takes a little time so pack your patience and enjoy the process.

My first impressions of Modular Closets was outstanding! I was working with Esther in the design stage and she was amazing!!!
After completion of the design stage is where things fell off the rails. The delivery company took 5 extra day’s delivering the closets. Then it turned out they miss placed half of my order. Modular Closets attempted to find out where it was but the trucking company had not idea. Four days later the other half of my order was found and delivered. Then after completing most of the build and installation I realized they had not set the drawer slides, another 4 day delay.
Bottom line, the end product is outstanding, the design is amazing, would I use the again, not sure?

between texting and calling, all of our ideas were addressed and our pantry was designed the way we wanted. this is our third closet redo and the quality and customer service have been top notch all 3 times!

The closet was designed online with the assistance of Bella Alter. She did a wonderful job with ideas and any questions we had. Made it very easy to visualize final product. The closet was extremely easy to assemble. Just take your time and follow the instructions. Very well laid out instructions and diagrams. Had a small issue with a shelf that the finished edge was on the wrong side. A quick email and Caroline Ullman responded with a no hassle, no red tape replacement. Arrived within a couple of days. Andy Miller VP of sales emailed making sure we had all the instructions and documentation before the closet arrived arrived.
Very well machined and finished product. Delivery was on time with no issues. Final result looks great. Couldn't be happier with the product and the exceptional customer service. I would definitely recommend Modular Closets.

had a minor mismatch between order and delivery, replacement was quickly sent overnight express at no additional charge. No lengthy justifications and forms to fill out, just rapid service so I could finish the install.
