Very good experience with Mojo. Great mortgage rate and deal. Completed without any issues.
One thing I would say is when things have gone a bit quiet contact with the client is essential to allay any worries. Not a negative but constructive.

Great experience
Great experience, I felt guided and regularly updated throughout the process. Their user experience on their web pages were fantastic and the fact I could text my advisor and get regular responses was super useful for quick questions. As a first time buyer on my own they made me feel very supported!

Very professional helpful approach
Very professional helpful approach. Listened to what i was looking for and then provided relevant advice in a timely manner. It was also unbiased and whole of market so I felt like i wasnt been pushed towards one particular product or lender. Communication - whether verbal or email - was also very good and I liked how the broker was very friendly and knowledgable. I would use Mojo again and I definitely recommend them.
