Great for first time buyers

Extremely unhelpful
Me and my partner are beginning our journey to move into our first house together and saw Mojo offered fee free mortgage advice.
I enquired about having a call with a mortgage advisor to help us clarify how much we would be able to borrow. My email was met with an extremely vague and unhelpful response quoted below:
“Hi Alfie,
Thanks for getting in touch.
It looks like the information you entered on the online form didn’t meet our internal criteria. Unfortunately, I don’t have access to the specific criteria, so I can’t say exactly why it didn’t go through. What I can tell you is that we’re a fee-free service, and in order to keep it that way, we have to set certain requirements for the appointments we can offer .
I'm sorry we couldn't help on this occasion.
Thank you”
I had simply reached out requesting a call to run through routine questions and was met with this generic and uncaring response which provided no insight into the reasons Mojo couldn’t help. I would not recommend Moho to anyone seeking mortgage advice
