Good customer service swift delivery

Good customer service swift delivery.
Good company.
Just a bit confusing at first when searching for Hyperdrug it gives you a website called Molecule! It might be worth putting on the top of the page for now (especially for existing Hyperdrug searchers) that the name has changed! 😅

Absolutely brilliant

Absolutely brilliant. I wish every company was this efficient. Prices are excellent and the whole process simple too. Can’t recommend highly enough.

BETTER chilled packaging needed!

Ice pack completely defrosted and VACCINES just about cold enough to hope they're sti!I safe to use. Big let down!!

NEVER happened before and I've been buying vaccines from Hyperdrug for a few years now!

I ordered the haynet 6 days ago

I ordered the haynet 6 days ago. Royal Mail couldn't deliever it yesterday even though I had a note in the window to leave it with the Secondhand Warehouse next door. So I asked for it to be delivered today and they said it would come between 1.15pm and 6pm. It never turned up. They said "It couldn't be delivered". But the Royal Mail never even tried. Meanwhile my horse still needs a haynet.
