I opened a ticket because of an error restricting my log-in to the VLE. I reported the problem to VLE Helpdesk and the response came from Ian who informed me he received my issue and will work on it urgently and that i will receive all the support needed in case it hinders my progress in my assessment. Not very long and I received another e-mail from them informing me I can now login with no issues.
The professionalism and swift responses are greatly appreciated.

With my exam date looming around the corner I uploaded my mock results onto the portal in hope ro receive feed back which would be be helpful when revising however i had uploaded the wrong document and was unable to submit the correct draft. Ian at MOL help desk was so helpful with resolving this issue exercising patience and swift responses during my dilemma and even providing screen shots to help navigate around the system. He even went the extra mile and informed the tutor of my situation fo ensure i could get my result in a timely manner.
