Great experience so far. I've recently moved to MOL part way through a qualification having been let down by a face to face provider. The on boarding process was really smooth and I have been able to carry over my grades from modules already completed without having to start the qualification again. I was nervous about switching because i do prefer face to face, but Ellen was really helpful and knowledgeable, she held my hand through the whole process. The VLE is clear and easy to follow and there is help from tutors available when needed

My tutor Jess was incredible, nothing was to much trouble for her and I felt so supported throughout my studies.

I called today requiring help registering my course with CIPD and asking to switch to on demand. I spoke with Ellen who was very friendly, patient and attentive. Ellen’s directions of what I needed to do were extremely clear and so I felt confident she could help with my second query. She explained she would instantly switch my course and everything I needed to know. She called me back to confirm my course was switched, checking I was okay with an assignment I’d already registered to and told me she had removed all the Level 5 course content I no longer required so It was clear for me. Following this Ellen sent me an email to confirm everything in writing. Ellen went above and beyond to help me, she is a rare gem and an asset to your business. The tutors were very supportive regarding any assessment queries I had and it was overall a very good experience with the MOL. I chose to learn my CIPD Level 5 via the online webinars combined with self paced learning between August 22 - 23. This structured yet still flexible approach made my studies a enjoyable experience. The tutors have years of invaluable knowledge and although marking might be tough, its very fair and feedback is always provided to help you improve.

In addition, the support i received from Ellen Howard in the learner support team was excellent! Ellen responded to any adjustment requests i made promptly and helped me work though any options i had when i needed the extra support - thanks Ellen.

All of the above has led to me passing my level 5 and feeling very proud. I would defiantly recommend MOL if you are thinking of furthering your studies in HR.
