Mom's House is the national training, certification, and network organization for Senior Transition Specialists (STSs) — the professionals who help families navigate the move of an aging parent into long-term care. Founded by real estate veteran Phillip Vincent, Mom's House operates in all 50 states with hundreds of active certified STSs serving major metropolitan and rural markets alike. Our STSs solve three problems for every family they work with — what we call The Big Three: • Find the Care — match the family to the right senior living community, at no cost to the family. • Fund the Care — unlock the equity in the family home so loved ones can actually afford the care they need. • Free the Home — sort a lifetime of possessions with respect. We don't use the word "junk." Mom's House Technology LLC trains, certifies, and stands behind this national network. We are not a franchise — STSs run their own independent businesses, and we never take a percentage of their deals. We are not a placement agency or a real estate brokerage — we train the people who do that work. And we are not a "we buy houses" wholesaler — our STSs operate on long-term relationships and reputation, with families paying nothing for placement or for the home sale. Compassion, not commission. Treasures, not trash. Weeks, not months.

Empower Seniors
I love the knowledge I received. Taking this class played a huge guidance in me becoming a better me. I have always had a soft spot for elderly, due to being very close with my grandmother. She was lucky to see 90 years. My aunt was a Judy who never gave up! You can imagine how frail she become after 10 plus years of in home care. I love being able to say, “I help Empower seniors as they transition into their senior community”.

This program was not geared toward what I thought it would be. I learned about things , sure, but nothing towards what I thought the program was for.
What an eye opener!
Me being a Caregiver, Realtor, Life & Health Agent and Advocate, Moms House course gave me so much insight. My husband and I are both Seniors and all of the facts, stories and experiences was a bit unsettling but appreciated for the experience. It's definitely an eye opener for all adults regardless of the age. We all know someone, love someone and will be that someone prayerfully one day residing in a senior community.

I successfully completed the Mom's House STS (Senior Transition Specialist) course online. The course was very informative and well documented. The presenters were extremely knowledgeable. I feel I can now help seniors understand their options when they are ready for senior care communities. The material for the course will be a great resource.
Making The Difficult Decisions
The training gave me insight on what someone or families are going through. Although, I’ve haven’t been through this with my family members. The insight and information is golden!!
Practical Training for Building Relationships and Helping Families Through Senior Transitions
I joined Mom’s House to learn how to build relationships as a Senior Transition Specialist and connect with families who genuinely need my services. The training has helped me understand how to network with professionals in the senior living community and help families facing the challenge of selling a loved one’s home during a transition. I’d absolutely recommend the training—there are plenty of relationships to build and families to help
Execute the true meaning of giving and caring
I understand now and want to be the professional tha knows and practices the true meaning of empa!
I started the Senior Transition Specialist training for a very personal reason. When both my father and mother reached the point where they needed senior care, I did not have the knowledge or understanding that I have today. Looking back, I wish I had better understood their options so I could have helped guide them through that difficult period with more planning, support, and dignity. I also have close friends through my church who are getting older and dealing with the loss of a child. Their home contains many possessions and memories that are very meaningful to them. They have the financial ability to receive care at home and would like to remain there as long as it is safe and practical. Seeing their situation has helped me understand that every senior's circumstances are different and that planning should begin before a crisis occurs. The Mom's House training taught me that being a Senior Transition Specialist is about much more than real estate. It is about listening first, understanding what a senior and their family truly want, helping them consider their options, and connecting them with trusted resources when they need assistance. My goal is to help at least 10 families during my first year. I want to use what I learned from this training—and what I wish I had known when my own parents needed help—to give other families greater knowledge, preparation, and dignity as they make these important decisions.
Placement vs. Investor
The presentations were great. I was looking for more on Care Placement.

Great concept, info; needs updating
The concept and the information are terrific; the modules are somewhat dated, need revision, and the program is a little difficult to follow. It’s not completely clear what the program pathway is from the onset. I still have a ways to go with it, so it’s a little early to be reviewing… I believe such are much more useful and relevant after one is finished and everything has had a chance to sink in.

I just signed up have not been on the onboarding call yet. What I hear on the zoom call made sense to me and I had just decided to start marketing to the Seniors.
I would have liked more tools for the price.
They have a great group of people in the Skool community.
I would have liked to know the time frame that it takes to get a business up and running... About a year if you don't purchase the system, too.
What an awesome group!
Excellent information that is much needed in today's society. It's so good to know that there is an entire group of people dedicated to taking care of and assisting with their specific needs.
DON"T do it in my sole opinion
DON"T do it in my sole opinion - do your diligence. I'm not saying they are doing anything wrong with their actual endeavors and intentions, but after the presentation I generally researched potential liabilities for realtors, and also for receiving payments for referring seniors to facilities - and then potentially buying or selling their houses for profit. I'm sure some seniors do need this kind of help and I'm sure it can be done right and ethically, but I also feel that lots could go wrong (and has with others - as research shows), in dealing with some seniors who could potentially be at risk in positions of trust - and their families, mixed with profiting. Look into what could go wrong if you potentially refer a senior to a facility as well. There are publicly known inquiries into this type of thing with previous issues in other situations. Others commented they have complaints associated with the idea they heard stories of avoiding telling people if you are a realtor. Red flags for me for anyone who has said that. I asked for a refund and was denied - immediately after watching the intro video, and buying at $597. and it appears to be a lost cause as of this date... From their view in an email to fairly present both sides of the discussion:
"Thank you for taking the time to explain your concerns. We understand your decision and appreciate you sharing your perspective.
We have noted your request for an exception regarding the $597 payment. As previously explained, our current policy states that purchases of the STS Certification Bundle are non-refundable because it is a digital product with immediate access to the training and resources.
We also understand your concerns regarding referral relationships and potential conflicts of interest. The program is intended to provide training and resources, and participants are responsible for ensuring that their business practices comply with applicable laws and regulations in their market.
We will forward your request to our team for review. While we cannot guarantee an exception, we will make sure your concerns and request are properly considered.
Thank you for your patience and for bringing these concerns to our attention."
Honored to bee associated with Mom’s House!
Learning of the networking opportunities and seeing where I can add value to the industry & the families and Seniors themselves!
Becoming more sensitive to the needs of this community and how I can help has been an eye opener & I'm so grateful I decided to join Mom’s House! They are honest, ethical & really care about providing solutions to the senior community!
Only join if you truly care about helping people and not just making money, the money will come if you do it for the right reasons!

learned a simple way to generate solid leads. Learned how to come across as a vase when talking to people not as a crockpot. Looking forward to help 2 or more families a month in they transition into Senior Living and sizing down.

The course really helped me to learning the industry language, how to be genuinely thoughtful and empathic with the family. This course is great for investors.
