Excellent service from start to finish. So efficient and everything was completed in three weeks.Rang feeling terribly ashamed and nervous and was greeted by James. Was put at ease straight away. Never once did he make me feel uneasy and explained everything for me so i understood. Talked me through things that i had to reply to on the laptop and couldnt do.

I can not describe fully the impact that james has had on us as a family, he helped us navigate a very stressful situation that we had found ourselves in. James was Very understandable an excellent communicator, he was able to reassure us at every step throughout this journey.
