I started an IVA with Fresh Start Insolvency and could not have asked for a better company to work with. They were easy to talk to, made sure every creditor was included, and even added one I had forgotten after the arrangement had already started.
Over the years, whenever I struggled to make a payment, they were supportive and practical. They helped by moving the payment date or spreading the amount across other months — for example, I paid an extra £20 for five months to catch up.
They were easy to contact through the portal, and any time I had an issue they always got back to me quickly. Now that I have completed my IVA, I would definitely recommend Fresh Start Insolvency, as an insolvency company you can work with easily to get through your financial problems.
