Can you please advise what app is the correct app to use in order to track the progress etc of a Debt Management Plan? There are 2 apps on the App Store - one called Money Advisory Centre and the other called Money Wellness. Both have negative reviews where users are reporting inability to log in, but aside from that, it would be helpful to know which one to use as that information wasn't provided when the plan was set-up about a month ago. I've spoken to someone on chat and he gave me a link to the Money Advisory Centre app but it doesn't seem right?!

Update: We’ve logged in successfully on the app called Money Wellness, and the details showing are correct. You may wish to, therefore, advise the chap I spoke to on chat - Mohammed, that he’s giving out incorrect information!! In addition, I’m not sure why you notified Trustpilot that my review was for another business and not yours?!? The link to your website is the same website we used to set everything up and I validated it was the same company BEFORE posting this review. Not sure what’s going on, but due to that added infuriation and lack of accountability, I’ve now downgraded you to 1 star!

Really helped me with all my debts

I submitted one enquiry then changed my mind that I no longer wanted to pursue potential support with this company. I was busy and I am also autistic so chose to block their number, thinking that the chances are they would make a couple of further phone calls and then stop. I have genuinely been HARASSED with multiple phone calls, from multiple phone numbers. It has been daily. I think this is completely unacceptable conduct and quite frankly am disgusted with the ethics of this company.

FD147472 Terrible company...made 2 appointments for a call nobody ever called for either appointment then received a text & email to say my case was now with senior verification officer who will be in touch with me if needed as they have received all information needed aint heard nothing from them for a month today recive a text to say my case as been closed as my referral has been inactive.. emails go unanswered,if you call your on hold for hours..now have to go through whole thing again & find a more teliable company to do DRO

Everyone at Money Wellness was very helpful and friendly. They talked through my situation and the various options for dealing with it and, once we decided on the correct course of action, they quickly sorted my application for a Debt Relief Order which was then in place within days.
I feel like I've got my life back and can't thank the people who helped me nearly enough.
They then followed up with further advice and support and I highly recommend them to anyone struggling with debt. They won't judge you but they will help you and help you to help yourself.
