MOO BOU Opiniones

I have over the last couple of months quite a lot and have always been pleased with the quality of the clothes, and, if I have needed to send an item back because it perhaps doesn't fit as I wish there is never any problems and I have a refund very promptly - it is a pleasure dealing with Moo Bou, many thanks Sharon Jones

Great customer service. Amazing, comfortable and stylish balloon trousers

Really good customer service after receiving the wrong order.

Moo Bou were so helpful when I had a query about delivery. I love all the items I bought!

I regularly buy from Moo Bou.. the quality of clothes is excellent and pieces are beautiful. I always get comments and compliments when wearing their range.. recently bought the chevron cardigan, just gorgeous! Great communication and service from Christy, I’m a happy customer and will always return!

Not only great clothes, but super helpful customer service. Christy was very helpful when I had an issue with my order and sorted it out straight away. Personable and excellent service. Thank you!

Contacted Moo Bou after a order as I hadn't used my loyalty points at the checkout. They were happy to refund the difference, great service. Gorgeous clothes that arrive within a few days❤️

I had messaged MooBou about a pair of joggers I had my eye on to see if they would be coming back in stock. Christy kindly remembered four months later when one pair came in and told me straight away so I could order!

Amazing customer service - I cannot recommend enough

I discovered Moobou a few months ago and I have bought so may items since!! I love so many of their clothes. Their customer service is amazing - some of the best I've ever received, they really go above and beyond to help. All the pieces of clothing and shoes I have bought have been beautiful additions to my wardrobe and real value for money. I will keep coming back again and again. Cannot recommend enough!

I would definitely recommend buying from this store. The clothes are always on trend and the service is amazing.
I buy clothes from Moo Bou on line quite frequently, but this time I realised I had just missed out on a seriously stylish denim jacket. I emailed the store to see if they were getting anymore stock. Christy kindly got back to me and said unfortunately not but she later messaged to say she had found one in my size. I was so grateful to her for remembering my request. Thank you Christy.

I have bought several things from Moo Bou so far and have a few other things in my ‘favourites’ I’m hoping to buy when they come back in stock. I have 3 pairs of balloon trousers and wear them most days, I love them. I mostly dress casual but find I can dress them up for work too.
I also ordered the cotton denim dungarees for my (very trendy) 92 year old gran and she looks amazing in them, finds them very comfy and easy to wear.

Great quality and prices. I think it’s great that you get loyalty points to get money off future purchases, and the points soon build up. The customer services team have been really helpful when I’ve had contact with them and responded straight away. I’ll definitely be ordering more in future.

Clothing is stunning. Exceptional quality. Clothing that’s made me feel good again. Never going high street again! Would love to be am ambassador 😂

Customer service is on point.

I have bought several items from Moobou. The clothes are beautiful quality without costing the earth. Items are delivered within time timeframe. I returned a jacket (I bought 2) and was refunded within a week. I changed my mind about another item, I emailed them before the item was dispatched and had a response within an hour confirming my cancellation. Very impressed.

This is my first purchase from Moo Bou, I stumbled across them on line. I bought a top & trousers , the order was processed and sent out promptly & I am so happy with my items, especially the trousers . The items were both made well & good quality fabric and design .
I will definitely keep an eye on new stock . Thank you

The service is absolutely brilliant! The team are friendly and beyond helpful and orders are fulfilled quickly and efficiently!
The clothes are of an outstanding quality and I’ve had so many compliments on the Black Cargo Joggers I ordered. They are really comfortable, look great and such a good find! So much so that I’ve just ordered another pair! Really trendy looking but great and can be dressed up or down. The quality is excellent! I’ll definitely be ordering more things. Such a great find! I love MOO BOU!!!! My new fave! Michelle x

I discovered Moo Bou years ago and I can honestly say that I have never looked back. I love the brand and what it stands for. The girls that work at Moo are so lovely and helpful. They know my style and are always showing me new items that would suit me. Thanks MOO and continue being the BEST!

What a find!
I saw an advert online for a beautiful dress- I hadn’t heard of the company before so was a bit dubious…how wrong could I be…Great customer service, quick feedback. Would highly recommend.
