Customer service is atrocious AI bot then someone emailed to say they are not a bot but still asking the same questions over and over I’ve used this company for years but they are now unbelievably uncooperative when you have an issue with an order! Extremely disappointed with Moonpig's service.
I ordered a birthday card for my son and, on the day it was due to be delivered, I received an email advising that the order had been cancelled because of an issue with the delivery address. This was an address I have used successfully before.
What frustrates me most is that nobody contacted me beforehand to try to resolve the issue. A simple phone call or email could have allowed the problem to be corrected and the card delivered on time. Instead, I was informed on the delivery date, when it was already too late.
As a result, my son did not receive a birthday card from his parents on his birthday. To make matters worse, the money was automatically credited to my Moonpig account rather than refunded to my card.
Poor communication, poor customer service, and a very upsetting experience. I expected much better.

Moonpig con you with offers but you never really get and, recently chose a card and and a gift because Moonpig advertised 20% off, went through everything got to checkout no 20% it was nowhere to be seen, Needless to say canceled the whole thing I might add this after talking to other people it's a regular thing. Never again.

Really really disappointed with Moonpig. Bought a voucher and when I used it I had to pay for it again as the restaurant wasn't aware of promotion. It's still being advertised - so far 3 weeks down the line no refund and I've been passed around with no resolution at their end. Please don't buy any vouchers for COTE restaurants. It's a shambles.
Awful quality
Awful quality! The card was thin and cheap looking. It wasn’t cut squarely and it was folded wrong. Arrived bent and creased. Avoid this company!
Crap flowers
Well all I can say first delivery went wrong address second delivery turned up flowers £24.99 omg you pick up for £5 pounds in aldis I have email and was told how to look after the flowers lol what all 6 off them never again will I ordered from them again
Disappointing
Terrible company and lousy customer service - complicated ordering process that does not ask you to confirm the date you have selected at the end of the process- each item in the basket requires separate details and date required when they are for the same person- resulting in items being delivered one by one on different days - not happy, and too expensive.

Card arrived 3 days too late
Card arrived 3 days too late. I tried to contact Moonpig but only got what appears to be a scam company who started to assist me then asked for a £1 to carry on which meant i would have to give them my bank details, fortunately I am not stupid and immediately logged out. What is sad is that I have used Moonpig since lockdown but I will not use them again

Paid for it to be delivered to a Hotel in Maĺlorca where we were staying. It never arrived. When questioned was told "We don't track air mail. We will credit your account"
As if this in someway compensated for it.

Moonpig is the No.1 online company I turn to, whenever I need to purchase a card for a special occasion, whether Birthdays, Christmas, Easter or anything else. I have been a Customer since it's inception and have always received an excellent service. For e.g. this week I purchased a beautiful bunch of flowers and a Sympathy Card for a Family grieving the loss of a loved member of their family. I chose the day I wanted it delivered and they arrived on time in good condition, both the Card and Flowers. I received a photograph of both items and was moved to tears by the recipients happiness at receiving the Flowers and Card. I will most definitely, continue to use Moonpig as I have very recently Renewed my Moonpig Plus Membership. Ms S Clarke.
Appalling customer service, auto renew scamm
Appalling customer service. I have previously cancelled moonpig plus, but have just realised that they have again taken payment for this year, tried to resolve through customer service and request a refund of the 9.99 they have taken (I have not used the benefit)- they have refused as I am out of the cooling off period by 2 weeks! Now having to wait for a DASR for my data to prove I cancelled the auto renew. Dodgy business practice, I wonder how many others they do this to?
My birthday treat!
My son, who lives abroad, chose and paid for a card and chocolates to be delivered in time for my birthday mid- March. However, it is now 6th May and nothing has arrived.
I have tried to get help on the website using the order and tracking numbers but can’t get any sense out of the information available. Royal Mail still say they are awaiting the parcel! Hopeless!

I paid for extra delivery for a card making it £6.68 for a small card (£3.99 price of card the rest is special delivery). I had confirmation email it would be delivered today for my friends birthday.
However around 5pm I get an email from Royal Mail it won’t be delivered until Tuesday which is much too late. I could have sent a normal card costing less and got it there on Tuesday when I booked the card delivery.
I looked for a customer complaints phone number to no avail. Very difficult to request compensation. Never had this poor service before! It was delivered fine last year… so no reason to be able to not deliver this year as it’s the same address!
Joined their plus subscription
Joined their plus subscription, what a joke, paid £25 for card, chocolates and p&p tracked next day, out for delivery 2 days later and they claim it's within the time frames even though its missed the birthday, total.scumbags and con artists don't use
Bad customer service
Reference 26118T2PZGK. You asked me to send details of complaint - birthday card to my grandson in Canada Aaron Goodridge - asked for only one to be sent as at 81 I made a mistake. This was requested 5 minutes max after realising error but you said too late to cancel so I have paid for two identical cards. Very bad service as I have paid £4.19 each.
Great service
Great service. Ordered 3 cards yesterday and got them in today's post. All perfect. Highly recommended and will be ordering again. I used a different company to order a card from earlier this year and they were just terrible. This company was a pleasure to order from.
