Spam company, stay away!

digusting company... I never subscribed to their services.

THE MOST CRIMINAL COMPANY IN THE INTERNET !!!

3 Weeks instead of 48 hours, laziest logo design EVER and no would ever respond, not even in their emails to me. Not Worth the Wait and the logo was rubbish. I will have to make my own now as theirs was embarrassing. I am NOT a designer, but I will be able to do better. I went with a company to get something I could be proud of, just the opposite. Give your money to a homeless person, they can probably draw you something better and if not, at least you have helped someone :) Don't use this company - They have no respect in their own work, so how could they respect your company.

Super spammy, and claim to be the "WORLD'S LEADING IT COMPANY". Not Google, Amazon, Microsoft or Apple. But Moon World is the Worlds leading IT company. Come on we're not falling for it MW :)

OH YES! SPAM! I can totally unsubscribe! But no! It just keeps coming back. Oh, and don’t bother replying to this message, we all know your business is in India. Plus, I’ve already blocked your emails.

As always, I hate to leave bad reviews. If a representative is willing to apologize and discuss, I'd be happy to update the review.

I received e-mail spam from them. They probably knew my mail address by (illegally) pulling data from WHOIS databases.

Upon contacting them trough chat about unsubscribing (because of course, the unsubscribe link does not work), I got blocked based on IP-address.

As an addition, they claim to have 5 stars on TrustPilot on their site while that is false. Also, the name on TrustPilot doesn't correspond to the company name.

To everyone: please don't close a deal with this unethical company.

Funk you and your spam emails - your marketing is too aggressive and you do not honour email removal requests - you really really pi** me off!

They did good work and were professional. Unfortunately they did not follow instructions well. My first reply to the first draft of my logo and asked for three changes. They made the wrong change on the first item and don't make the other two. I had to repeatedly ask for the same changes. I would have been better off asking for one change. When it was complete ask for the second. When that was complete ask for the third. The process took longer than necessary.

I wasn't that impressed with the final results of my recent design. I also do not like how I have to speak with some guy in I India. I was hoping to speak to someone in the U.S. for customer service. I feel like the cost I paid for what I received was fair. The service wasn't bad but it wasn't 5 stars for me either.

Quick turnaround, light on the “consulting” for my logo, but at $125 for the medium package, I feel like it was a good deal and the end result is great.

Regularly spams us by scraping whois data or buying lists. If they can't be trusted before you start business why would you ever want to do business with them? Definitely avoid.

The positive reviews are obviously fake click farm reviews. It's why you can't really trust 'Trustpilot' any more.

To make it clear I never subscribed to them in the first place. So they are breaching GDPR.

A company that continually spams people by lifting data from WHOIS. I highly recommend avoiding companies who blatantly break data protection laws and target individuals with spamming mails.

How can you possible consider using a company who blatantly breaks international laws and expect them to be honest and decent.

Edit: I notice Moonworlds have replied stating I should simply unsubscribe. Interesting idea but still totally wrong due to the fact that I NEVER subscribed. You need permission to email individuals and cannot simply send junk mail because you feel like it!

I don’t care if there is a possibility to unsubscribe. My point is that people get automatically subscribed, which is wrong.
