Do not trust this company, you pay your money and receive nothing !!

I have left leaving a review because I wanted to see if this company would respond back to me from the communication I sent them ! I like everybody else on here have ordered a Moov Tracker, in fact I was that stupid I ordered two ! The first one I ordered I received a email saying the item was sent with a tracking order number. I have tracked this order and it comes up as a delivery failure (no reason given) This is according to Singapore Post who I have contacted without any clues as to where or if I will get the tracker ? I have also contacted the company on more times than I can count! Every time you contact them you get the automated email and nothing else. They never acknowledge your communication apart from the automatic response. So for this first one it looks like they have my money and I don’t have the product I ordered! I then by my stupid mistake thinking I would receive a refund for the first order ordered another. This time I have received no confirmation that the item has been sent. I also as like the communication for the first one received nothing back apart from the automatic email acknowledgement. So I have come to the conclusion that they take your money and then refuse to give you a refund or the product!
My advice to anybody who is thinking of buying this through their website is……………….Don’t ! Unless you want to give your money to these thieves !!
The only positive about this device if you can get one is it’s cheap and good for my swimming, but don’t buy it from the company unless you want to give your money to these thieves !!

If you want one do as I have and wait and see until one comes up on eBay and buy it cheaper and not lose your money!

Do not trust this company unless you want to give them your money !!

Activity trackers

The devices they sell (activity trackers) are quite a nice concept.

However, the company has become inexistent.
The purchase of their device is fully automated so it seems working. But the shipping took 3 months for me.
Anyhow the device was dead on arrival. I wrote to customer service 5 times over 4 months, got eventually one reply and a new shipping.

Worst of all, the app does not work anymore. It keeps crashing. There does seem to be any reply to customer complains.

In my opinion, this owners of the company have moved on and no on is taking care of those products.

My advice: even if you look those designs and the product concept, stay away from it.

I purchased a Moov HR Sweat

I purchased a Moov HR Sweat, but when I recieved it it was faulty. It would not power up unless it was placed in the charger. Changing batteries did not work.

I tried to contact support, they replied first with a standard reply telling me to check if the device is connected to bluetooth. Of course is it connected, they didn't even read my question. When pressing for warranty they went silent. I sent some follow ups, they took their time, maybe 1 to 2 months before a reply came. And then they ask me for my order number which is the first thing I wrote to them. A year has passed, I written them off. They sold me a broken product and they dont give a * about it.

This is the worst support I have ever experienced. I would stay as far away from this company as possible.

Oh no!!!! Here we go again

Oh no! I was so pleased with the MOOV fitness tracker... until it went wrong. I used it for around 6 months, then it spat up a low battery warning (briefly), and then it died. Have purchased several new batteries, but no joy. I'm afraid it's a goner. I was happy to contact the company for a warranty replacement, but they simply don't reply to emails or their 'zendesk' enquiries, each of which I have left numerous messages on (over the course of three months). I'm very sad because when it was working, it was a great little device (I clocked over 80k swimming before it died), recording all sorts of useful information (about distance, speed, stroke, rate, etc.). I don't want to give them 1 star, but it's for the ZERO customer service.

Paid and didn't send any product

I paid for a product that they never send to me. I tried many times to contact them but they never respond (only automatic messages that they will respond to me soon). It has passed more than a month but nothing happened. Keep away they are fraud

Took my money but refuse to send a…

Took my money but refuse to send a product that is working.
Despite chasing they send me a non functioning shell but no working interiors so useless con.
The adverts are great but seems like it's a fraud type business model, with the product costs carefully a little below the amount banks offer protection for, so I've been robbed basically.
Oh and FYI even if you got a working one turns out it doesn't count steps

Useless customer service by moov

Useless customer service by moov. Great product if working. But most likely you will receive broken item. When going back to company they do not communicate at all.

Do not buy

Ordered an activity tracker from their website. It took them two weeks to ship it. I tried to contact them in the meantime to ask for an update, but they don't reply to emails. It was finally shipped from Singapore. The email said 4 to 7 days, it was more like 10. When it finally arrived, it didn't work. I asked for a refund and had to send it back to California (comes from one place but returns are to another. Dodgy). I've been told that I will get a refund for the tracker once they inspect it, which can take "anything between 15 and 30 working days", but won't get a refund for the posting, even though the tracker never worked.

This company is a complete waste of time and money.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I have been e-mailing this company for over a month straight after doing a return. I have sent them all information that I have and that THEY requested, but still seems not enough? I do not know what the hold up is.

I know that they have recieved my return, because I tracked the package. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! This shouldn't be that difficult.

Product is great; company is useless and their customer service is appalling.

The people at Moov took over a week to reply to my email, and only did so because I contacted them through Facebook, Twitter and Instagram as well. Others on Facebook also advised me that they have received awful service from them as well. Moov took 12 days to dispatch my order, and only dispatched it because I had emailed them, they were quite happy to take my money, lose my order and ignore my emails. The products they sell are great (and not cheap!) and I had recommended them to my friends and family, hence this order, but I will not recommend them in the future, and will proactively tell people not to order from them because the service they will receive will be atrocious. Avoid this company at all costs. The staff who did eventually reply to me are yet to apologise for losing my order or the inconvenience caused.
