AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! The worst company in the world! You can not get hold of them at all! My scooter came and within weeks had a malfunction. I sent it off to be repaired and this has now been 3 months!! I had been passed from person to person who keep telling me different things and I now have no scooter and no money!! Absolute joke!!!!

This company is a joke they have shut down all communication in the uk the number and email they provide goes to a contact outside the uk there’s no direct number in the uk I’ve had my scooter in for repairs for 3 months and every time I call they say they’ll get back to me and never do all that was wrong with it was throttle needed replacing. Simple one for one my advise use a company that services and maintains there scooters in the uk and avoid buying from this company save yourself a load of hassle

I am trying to return a faulty product. Moov refer you to another company to deal with it. Despite sending them the receipt email from Moov and showing the payment to Moov on my card statement they are saying this is not proof of purchase. You can not phone them or Moov. Do not deal with them.

Don't buy! No aftercare

Bought the scooter, had it for 3 weeks something went wrong with the back wheel track/alignment.
Started a return in May but they didnt get it?
On June 6th another return started with Aprilla, Moov electric were aware of the issues. I constantly have to chase Aprilla, they are awful with customer service and communication.
Apparently the Customer service team emailed management to see what my options were. Management still not replied. That was weeks ago!!

Delivery was great on time and for the price of the scooter it's brilliant, I'm now wanting another scooter so we can go out together myself and partner. Just waiting on the jeep scooters to come back in stock 😁 all my neighbours brought the same scooter from this sight house full of them now lol

NEVER buy from these cowboys

NEVER buy from these cowboys. Bought a scooter that became faulty, sent it away to their ‘repairs’ place and they’ve held it for over 3 months little to no communication. Absolutely shocking.

I have ridden the scooter 6 times and it has stopped working completely. It has been recharged only once in this time.

They wont give me my refund

Bought a scooter then it came with a brake malfunction as when i released the brake slowly, the scooters light would start flashing and throttle would stop working. I sent it back to them asking for a refund and they replied back to me saying that there is no fault in the scooter, acting like the scooter would just magically fix on the way to them. Everytime i contact them, they either dont respond at all or it takes like 4 days of me spamming them for them to actually reply. They tried deducting money because of that saying that the scooter was ‘inspected’. Im still waiting on my refund after like 2-3 weeks because they cant get their stuff right. Horrible customer service.

Scooter arrived with dead battery

Bought a Swifty one e scooter from this company. It was advertised as being “refurbished/ex demonstration” but obviously hasn’t been checked as yet the battery is completely dead. Put in a service request but haven’t heard anything back yet.

Active scooter large wheel scooter

Active scooter large wheel scooter. Great quality delivery when promised, had now for 10 months over 1700km no problem ,battery life is now starting to drop, but used everyday for work 8km round trip paid for itself 5 times over in savings on bus fare. When battery does die will replace with new scooter, as price is better than the replacement cost, only downside is doesn't like wet weather, mild rain no problem but don't use in extreme rain or snow apart from rain excellent buy ,will replace with same again, shows how satisfied I am.
