Great customer service

When my mop pro arrived I noticed that there was a crack in the bucket. I emailed customer service and sent a photo. My new bucket arrived the next day. Great customer service.

Avoid this company

Mop arrived requested vat receipt mop kept referring to a payment receipt embedded in an email without vat number or address on it
The mop was flimsy and to small for the area required I asked for a returns note for the unused product the company no longer reply’s to my emails. The construction of the English in the emails I received leads me to believe this company is NOT based in the UK. I have since purchased the Vileda version of this mop which is much more satisfactory

DONT USE THIS COMPANY THEY CHARGE YOU FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY £1.99. AND DELIVER 6 DAYS LATER AND THEY THINK IT OK TO IGNORE YOUR REQUEST FOR THE REFUND .SO IVE SINGED THEM UP TO LOTS OF NEWS LETTER S TO CLOG UP THERE EMAILS then when they block me I wait till they are shut creat a new email and keep pressing send I will make sure they wast their time delete all my emails untill the refund is in my account scammers they even had the cheek to ask why I wanted my £1.99 even thou id already told them . This company dose not deserve to be in business so I urge everyone to do what I’ve done sign them up to news letter
They know exactly what the issue as I’ve sent them lots of emails and they are ignoring them so don’t understand why they are asking for more info

Horrendous customer service - AVOID

I recently moved house, ordered a mop pro because I had seen the ads and it looked like the sort of product I needed.

Thinking I had updated all my addresses, I checked out with PayPal but it turned out one of my cards was still attached to the old address, my bad!

Contacted customer support STRAIGHT AWAY to highlight this and mention that I had NO ACCESS to the old address. So I asked if we can update the address before the order is shipped out. They took 2 days to respond to me after me sending multiple follow up emails to say "Apologies. We are unable to edit the address once the order has been placed. Thanks." No alternative option, no other helpful information.

I responded straight away to say "Ok can we at least cancel the order and I can reorder it to the new address?"

24hrs later after another email from me prodding for a response, I got "Apologies. The orders cannot be canceled once they are processed. Thank you.". Again, very unhelpful and offering zero alternatives.

I said to them well that isn't a great order processing system if you can't amend orders, plus I contacted them within minutes of making the order to rectify this and got no response.

The agent then proceeds to get sarky with me after another 24hrs and say "You are welcome to return the item if you are not satisfied. Thanks".

Yeah, I'll just proceed to return an item that I physically can't get to? In that case can I get the refund? Another >24hr sarky response: "The item needs to be returned for a refund. Thanks"

What a joke.

Terrible customer service. Can't speak to the actual usefulness of the item because I haven't received it. Money down the drain. Someone's got a new mop on my dime.

Edit to reply to their response: Not being able to cancel an order in 2026 due to "fast processing times" is the lamest excuse, you've purposely done that to create barriers for customers unhappy with your product. Multiple other reviews also state how difficult it is to return faulty products. Your customer service and ordering mechanism sucks all around, don't pretend you're doing it for the good of your customers. They're not happy so clearly it isn't working is it.

We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible so customers receive their items without delay. Because of this, once an order has been processed in our system we are unfortunately unable to make changes to the delivery address or cancel the order.

For this reason, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all order details, including the delivery address, are correct at the time of checkout. As your order had already been processed when we received your message, we were unable to amend the address.

Arrived faulty

Arrived faulty - tried emailing customer service - only 1 response asking if it was new and unused?? I want a refund but they are not giving me the return address or even responding to subsequent emails!! Terrible lack of customer service.

Good the way it will almost "wring" dry the mop after rinsing through in the soapy water
Bad first putting the bucket together with the plugs . I couldn't get them to fit with my arthritic hands . I resorted to putting them in hot water to make them plyable then putting them on . Otherwise it's good .

I found there website easy to use to order there product, I had a small issue with the product, and emailed them to help with my problem, a very good reply within a couple of days, and the problem resolved.
Brilliant service thank you.

Used daily and love it so much better than flash mops and so easy to use and to store in cupboard so pleased i got this and also the toilet brush

Very poor quality

Very poor quality. I would highly recommend you save your money as the company does NOT give refunds . They take your money for ‘ not fit for purpose’ goods . The poles are extremely flimsy the bottom part ie Mop constantly detaches from the pole and you struggle to attach the pole !!!!! The bucket is very lightweight . I tried to return mine and obtain a refund after 2 uses and my home in predominantly carpet ! The pole completely bent in on itself so I am unable to attach the Mop!!!!!! Within a week I contacted Moppro . I am still awaiting a replacement pole so I can at least use the thing !!!!
