NEVER USE! Honestly, I’m absolutely shocked by how poor the service has been from Morrisons home delivery. It was meant to have been delivered between 10-12, and despite ringing 5 times now, it still hasn’t been delivered by 10pm. Awful response from their telephone customer service support, no one has a clue what’s going on and the first lady I spoke to was so incredibly rude! I’m really not one to leave reviews but I’m so disappointed and shocked after using Morissons for the first time, and never will I again.

Used Amazon for Morrisons to buy some stuff I would perhaps not have normally bought but I thought it seemed convenient and they offered me a discount if I spent more than I would too.
The meat will expire in 2 days. And it was well below the stated minimum portion weight. What a joke! Someone put it out of its misery.
Private Equity has ruined this once great retailer and the lows to which it has sunk are shocking to witness from the customer side. I imagine the staff all hate their new debt ridden employer too. It will be better when it finally goes to the wall and lets the alternative German names we all know take their customers. I know they have gotten me !

Absolutely unacceptable experience with Morrisons on Amazon.
This is not the first time — multiple orders were marked as “delivered” but nothing ever arrived. No package, no delivery photo, and no call from the driver. Both times I had to contact Amazon for a refund, which was eventually processed, but the problem keeps happening.
It’s frustrating and unreliable. I’ve lost confidence in this service. If deliveries keep being falsely marked as “delivered,” it’s a serious breach of trust. Morrisons and Amazon really need to fix their grocery delivery system, especially in the E14 area.
Refunds don’t solve the real issue — please ensure drivers actually deliver what people pay for.

Every time i shop online they add 5% to the bill for any price changes? They charge you the amount plus 5% and goes into pending on you bank the within a couple of days the correct amount is taken and the extra 5% remains in pending for 8 days not acceptable
Customer service is a joke.
Ordered click and collect because I wanted a giant cookie for my daughter’s birthday so ordered some other shopping as well. Collection slot was 2-3 and I collected at the end of the slot. Got home and all of the frozen food had defrosted as though they had taken it out of the freezer at 2pm. They refunded some of the icecream. Gave them another chance as we wanted more cookie for the party. As the lady bought it out, the trolley wheel went down a hole in the car park, not her fault but the shopping went flying. One cookie broke and the other had smudged icing. Apparently customer services can’t refund as my account is on red from the refund from the 1st order. Won’t be giving them a 3rd chance that’s for sure.

I have been doing on line shopping for a few years never had many problems until today,looked on my phone and it said my order was being prepared eight o clock this morning for 10 to 11 drop off didn’t arrive so I phoned customer care and was told there were no delays and some one would be in touch, I then got an email to say unfortunately they were having issues and my order would be delayed and they would let me know when they would deliver it,that never happened so I have now cancelled the order and placed another for tomorrow wish me luck.

We thought we'd try Morrisons delivery service for when hubby has surgery. Except for the driver, who was lovely, so-called service was abysmal. Groceries arrived covered in milk, a bag split, another food container was open. Gin arrived with security tag still attached (we are both in our 60s) and driver couldn't get it off! Took ages for refunds and still not sure if they've come through. PS Worst loo roll I've ever purchased - single ply! Only book with this company if you haven't got enough misery in your life.

deliver drivers - no training - don't wait to check items- delivery is in several carrier bags - some with one item - and they are charging and leaving the bags behind.
very rude woman driver delivered our grocery. we are an elderly couple. she dropped our stuff at the doorstep. i tried to talk to her, knocked at her window and despite seeing me drove off. she cracked one our bottles! no proper complaints procedure - phoned them but the lady at the other end didn't seem to care!
Awful customer service
Went reasonably well but like most things when it went wrong the customer service is awful. Still waiting for a refund since 6.10.25 after a substitute item wasn’t acceptable. They said they “always send an email informing of a change” but never did (I check junk mail every day). I’ll never use them again.
You'll never get your entire delivery
Several years ago I spoke to a Morrisons driver and he said that because deliveries came from a warehouse rather than the store that's why everything you ordered was delivered. However it looks like over the last couple of years things have changed and now as items are delivered from the store you'll never get your entire delivery. What makes things worse is that they substitute items for higher priced items but don't price match. I've had numerous short dated items , to be fair they do refund those. However I think charging higher prices for items that you don't really want is a step too far. I don't think I will be ordering from Morrisons again until the next time they have a good deal on diet coke. I've already cancelled my Xmas order.

After 6 weeks of complaining about the same thing directly to staff , head office and on here I’ve walked out of Morrisons in Ipswich and left a half full trolley, my time each visit for 6 weeks wasted . Completely unacceptable. They don’t care . Avoid !!!! I’m going back to Tescos that I have shopped in for 30 years . Only tried it as they have a butcher and fishmonger’s in store . Big waste of time
Poor communication and service
We ordered sandwich platters and some other bits to be delivered for my Father's Wake only to be emailed on the day of his funeral and wake that they didn't have the vegetarian sandwich platters available. We then had to go and purchase some from somewhere else.Poor service won't be using them again

One word: IDIOTS! I had moved to a different location where Morrisons had delivered umpteen times without any problems. Then I placed an order sometime in July of '25. I had asked them to call me in the 'instructions' when they arrived so either me or my wife could come down and open the main door. I received a phone call saying they were at my door. My wife went down and no one was there. I went down and spoke to a guy who was outside and he said he'd not seen a Morrisons van pull up. I called the number for the delivery guy who had called and he said that he'd delivered the groceries. I explained that I had not received them and he realized he'd delivered to my previous address. I'm assuming that he had recognized my name, but never checked the address. I called the store and they said they'd have them delivered to the correct address that evening. It was getting late and I was aware they don't answer the phone after 10pm and they reassured me they would be delivered. They never showed. The next morning I called and once again j was told they would be delivered and they were. Great. I have my order. Better late than never, I suppose. All was good until I got a call from them wanting payment for the groceries their guy had delivered to the wrong address!! That isn't my fault. It clearly had my new address at the top of the screen and I'd received deliveries several times since I'd moved. Now they've turned me over to a collection agency and I'm constantly being bombarded with calls and emails because of their screw up. Initially they admitted to delivering to the wrong address. I guess when the next shift arrived the following day, they disagreed. I dunno and I don't care. Nothing but a bunch of liars and cheats. I've had other problems with them at my previous address too. The order was completely wrong and the delivery guy dropped the crates and said he needed to move his van because he was double parked. He never came back!! He must've known the order was entirely wrong and rather than deal with it, he just made up some excuse and drove off. I was charged for that too. The crates were left in the hallway until the fire marshall came by and made Morrisons come get em even though I had told them upteen times that dude ran off and left them. I hate shopping online as it is, but this just compounds the issue. Morrisons tries to scam you online and then they pull stunts like this. Horrible experiences. I quit shopping there too. American owned now.

Would give them zero if I could. Not been within the time slot fit the past 5 weeks. No communication to day they are running late. Poor substitutions, and often no substitutions - I refuse to believe there is no bread or no milk in the whole shop... avoid at all costs

I am beyond frustrated with this experience. I ordered groceries for my daughter who lives away from home, paid in full, and told her to stay in between 6–8pm waiting for the delivery. At 8:15pm I received a message saying the order was running late but still on its way — then suddenly an email saying there was a problem and the order had been cancelled!
So now my daughter has no groceries for the week, and I have to wait 3–5 days to get my money back. How is that acceptable? You take the payment instantly, but when it’s your mistake, I’m the one left waiting.
I do a lot of Morrisons shopping through Prime, but after this, never again. The lack of communication, reliability, and basic customer service is shocking
Very poor experience, expiry dates a joke
I swapped from Tesco to Morrisons to try the online shopping for 1 month. VERY disappointed, my biggest issue was with expiry dates, this week was the final straw with 4 items expired on the day they were delivered. I mean seriously! Often no stock available even for the basics, this week there was no bacon available, good luck if your hoping for lasagne . Delivery drivers a hit and miss, many unhelpful. Overall very poor experience
Rubbish website tries to catch you out
Awful customer service. Gave me a voucher code as a pop up with a copy button. When I went to paste it nothing happened. Customer service told me it was my fault for not taking a screenshot and that this offer is now gone.
