I was a bit sceptical but Tom and Michelle were absolutely brilliant helping us through the whole process although we did not have to do much ourselves, completed in three weeks.

I really appreciate everything that Tom did for me. Nothing was too much and he gave me the time and hope that saw me through a very tough period in my life. He was professional and stayed with it till the end. I think many others would have given up! Very grateful to him and his office!

Tom's expertise shone as he navigated my complex compensation package, working directly with underwriters to secure a highly competitive mortgage and life insurance. His perseverance over 3 years and several failed purchase attempts made our homeownership dream a reality. He made the process straight forward and stress free (as much as it could be!).

Tom has been a friend of mine for years and yet I write this review without an ounce of biasness, he dealt with our mortgage with nothing less than professionalism and expertise.
The house-buying process is filled with unnecessary difficulties, but with Tom's help the mortgage was not part of these stresses. I am keen to highlight this given it is at a time when the mortgage market could not be more tricky. We obtained our offer pending valuation within a week of our initial conversation and the entire process was made clear and concise. Tom's communication was excellent and he went above and beyond to act quickly - Solicitors could learn a thing or two! I couldn't recommend Tom at Equity Release & Mortgage Partnership more highly.

Excellent and always timely professional advice from Richard gave me the confidence to use an equity release mortgage to purchase the half of the flat I didn't already own. Definitely a non standard assignment for Richard and the team and they stuck with it for over a year and were always available on the phone with timely solutions to issues as they arose. I received first class service throughout resulting in a very successful conclusion. They have my very grateful thanks for making it possible.

We are super lucky to have had Richard managing our first Mortgage. He made the impossible, possible. We have purchased a bangalow and as a self employed. From the very first phone call Richard Wylde put our minds at ease as we had a bad experience with a previous so called Equity Release Specialist . He took the time to listen and went out of his way to get back to the office so he would be more equipped to assist us . Richard Wylder gave exemplary service through what became a very lengthy Equity Release mortgage application. We had many difficulties mostly from poor legal advice but every time Richard rose to the challenge and found an answer to each and every problem. He must have put many hours of work into our application but always tried to appear upbeat and positive which gave us confidence. We are happy he was our financial adviser and not sure anyone else could have got the job done!

Tom was thorough, courteous, helpful and explained everything clearly. During the conveyancing as we approached completion and move Tom also helped things along with phone calls to help ensure everything was completed on time - something we feel was over and above his remit and contributed to everything being done on time. Right from the start my adviser, Tom Evans from the Mortgage & Equity Release Partnership, was on the ball - polite, helpful, friendly, and extremely quick to respond to my queries. He made the whole process smooth and straightforward. He was incredibly patient with me, as I found the figures difficult to follow until I had fully understood how they worked. I never felt hassled but at the same time Tom advised about the best time to complete the transaction, bearing interest rates in mind. Michelle in the office was also excellent. Highly recommended.
