Shannon was on top of everything, following up with our bank, solicitor etc to ensure we had as smooth a process as possible all the way to drawdown.

I can’t reccommend using Mortgage 123 enough.
This year, I decided to go through the expat mortgage process.
Darragh initially helped me with the process and talked me through all of the requirements step by step. He set up zoom calls to help me and was always great at getting back to any of my many queries, as it was my first time going through an application.
I was then assigned to Derry and Julio’s caseload. They both helped me tremendously with uploading my documents onto the portal and getting my documents through each phase of the mortgage process. They were always very helpful and prompt with updating me and addressing any concerns I had.
The whole process was made a lot easier and smoother with their unwavering support.
