I had a very seemless experience with them. Started the mortgage journey with them when I had no clue about getting a mortgage and I was patiently talked through the whole process. All my million questions were answered with so much clarity and patience, and after a couple months starting the process, I finally secured a mortgage offer, and with a very reasonable interest. I used Dipak as my advisor to secure my mortgage as a first time buyer and the process couldn’t be simpler. Dipak provided with all the info and advice I needed for me to choose my options and of course got me a great rate on my mortgage and even after securing it kept an eye for any opportunities for an even better rate. I’ll definitely return and use Dipak at time of renewing.
