My partner and I have just purchased our first house, and we went to MortgageIt on a recommendation from friends.
I can't recommend them enough! Kevin has been so helpful from start to finish and had given us so much guidance throughout the process. Nothing ever seemed to be too much trouble (including replying to my emails late on the 23rd December!). It really felt like Kevin was always on hand for any questions or issues we had.
Just as importantly, my partner and I went into the whole experience quite clueless and very nervous, and Kevin totally put us at ease.
