Really Helpful through the whole process. Got lots of updates off Leoni where necessary

Always kept us up to date with viewings, any updates in general. All seemed friendly when speaking to them and very supportive. They’ve only lost 1 star because there was 2 instances when we emailed regarding firstly, the back door key being missing and not getting a reply (my brother also tried to call and no one answered on 2 occasions) and secondly, I posted the spare keys to the office since we live out of area and emailed several times asking if they’d received them and never got responses (until I eventually got through on the phone and they confirmed then). However they were 2 mild issues which they apologised for when I did finally speak to them.

Easy to deal with during the purchase of the property, however, it is worth noting that my estate agent changed several times throughout the process and my purchase only took 3 months
