Amazing from start to finish.

We used Manning Staintons Morley Branch and worked with Owen as our sales negotiator and Megan as our move manager.

Owen was helpful, honest & responsive throughout. Unfortunately our first sale fell through and Owen was extremely helpful in getting our house back on the market and resold.

Megan took over as our move manager once our house had sold and was truly exceptional. Rang us weekly with updates, chased and chased very slow solicitors on our behalf, dealt with all of my nagging with compassion and kindness. Nothing felt like too much trouble for her.

Gemma looked after us during Megan’s annual leave and was great.

Selling a home after 30 years of happy life there is not easy. Nor is downsizing into a more practical, next phase home. So I’m glad we chose manning Staunton to help us. The sales team, especially James Sampson, and the people who did our viewings are efficient, friendly and always there to advise and helped us through it. Once we’d negotiated the sale, Megan Hirst became our move coordinator and her role and help were vital in getting this 5 stage chain of different needs and all their solicitors working together to communicate stages, sort out dates for exchange and completion ( and that’s very far from simple!) and just makes it happen. I thought I was a calm, organised person but by the end with changes and delays I was a stressed person and I can honestly say that having Megan there to talk to and to sort things was a sane point in a bonkers process.
I’d say that I’d use them again and I would - but I’ve no intention of doing it for another 30 years! Thank you all- great team
