Ordered a pajama set for my wife on 11/29, today is 12/24 and NOTHING form these China Crooks... attempted to cancel a week ago and NO REFUND !! Also, in their add they listed a retail price of $80.99 and a sale price of $20.00 ... NO WHERE in any store has this item ever been sold for $80.99 ... average around $20.00.. Scam to make senior citizens think they are getting a deal !!! BEWARE or you will be scammed like this old guy !!!

Delighted with my day slippers. Fantastic colour and very comfortable. I take a 5.5 shoe. Size 5 too small but exchanged for a 6 without any bother.

So comfortable, from the very first time I wore them. Love the colour (I never buy black shoes, sometimes brown ones), smart and causal at the same time. Perfect

The boots are excellent quality, very comfortable, and look fabulous on, well worth the money, also the delivery was fast, I would definitely recommend this company.

The shops were a waste of time. Party shoes or trainers - which is great unless you want something else. I'd never heard of Moshulu before, but (courtesy of Google) I have rapidly become the happy owner of comfortable everyday heels in smart black leather! Highly recommended 👌

Moshulu website is easy to navigate, browsing is very friendly and the choice of footwear is good. Sizing is generally true and you are able to select by size thereby saving a lot time. Response time was good from ordering to delivery. Packaging is all recyclable.

While the products I ordered a while ago were fine, I recently received postal mail from you and then read the following on your website when attempting to change my marketing preferences:
“To manage your preferences please email us at ... where you can opt in or out of marketing emails, marketing via post, third party mailings and/or Moshulu mailings.”
This implies that customers' details will be passed on (presumably sold) to third parties unless they opt out. I have emailed requesting that all my details are removed from your system, and I hope this will be done promptly. I will not be ordering from you again.

Had to more or less serve myself. No welcome on arrival . Very disappointed . Date of visit 14 November

Ordered slippers size 6, lovely quality but quite small sizing and very narrow fitting. Would recommend you buy a size up

Ordered unlined leather clogs. They arrived very quickly within 2 days of ordering. Very comfortable and perfect fit. Ordered from Moshulu before and have always been very happy with great quality and fit and lovely design. Prices are also good.

My cork bed Moshulu sandals arrived in just a couple of days.
They look great and are very comfortable after a few days of wearing around the house.
The size was accurate and they have adjustable straps so width is fine.
They will be perfect for my sunshine holiday at the end of November.

I love my Mule sandals, so I recommend that my mum bought herself some of the Jute sandals in the Moshulu sale recently. I told her if they'd had been in my size I would have definitely bought them as my mule sandals are so comfortable and good quality.
My mum bought 2 pairs ( green and brown) from the sale. However, what was sent out was awful! The brown pair were different colours and the straps were different sizes. Obviously from different pairs. The green pair looked like they had been worn already and looked worn in and bent at the back. I was very shocked and surprised that these were sold, and embarrassed that I had recommended these to my mum. I told her to email photos to customer services to complain of the quality and to ask if they could provide some kind of discount? She doesn't need the hassle of returning packages ( although I think it may be free postage for returns) Moshulu has offered her 10% discount only -just enough to cover postage costs which I think is a really low offer considering the state of the sandals. I've just spoke to her and she's now decided to return them. I feel like the whole experience was a total waste of time, and I will not be recommending Moshulu to anyone in the future

I'm a man with size 5 feet, and I got sick of trying to find nice shoes from men's ranges in a 5.

So I decided to give up and buy women's boots I liked the look of in the right size.

I bought the Abney Chelsea boots in Kale Green. Delivery was uneventful and timely.

The boots are wonderful! They fit perfectly from the moment I put them on, with zero breaking in needed; no tightness over the bridge, no rubbing and blistering. Nothing.

I've been wearing them for a couple of weeks now, and they've only gotten more comfortable. They're still comfortable after a few hours too.

I honestly couldn't be happier with them. I'll definitely be buying from Moshulu again.

Beautiful and absolutely comfortable shoes. I discovered them by chance but now I don't buy other shoes. It doesn't matter if they are sandals, shoes or boots. All of them are amazing. Once you get your size, you don't have to buy some to return the big/small ones. And of top of that, the quality is superior and the colours are vibrant. People always compliment them.

I never write reviews but have to praise Zoe at Moshulu Customer Care for going out of her way to resolve an issue I had with a pair of boots. I had looked everywhere for the style of boots I wanted for this winter and had found them online at Moshulu. I was also delighted when they arrived to discover that, in reality, they were exactly as they looked on their website. Unfortunately, I had not noticed a slight defect until wearing them out for the first time and had assumed that nothing could be done but contacted customer services on the off chance. I cannot fault Zoe’s helpfulness and efficiency in resolving the issue as she went out of her way to make sure that a new pair of boots arrived in time for me to go on holiday a few days later. It is so rare, in this day and age, for anyone in customer services to actually put the customer first that I do feel obliged to write this review to give Zoe the credit she deserves! Thank you!

Following my previous review Terrible Customer Service I would like to change my review to a positive experience with this company, they responded to my review asking me to contact them, I did and they have now provided me with the last last pair of sandal's in stock, and still at the sale price even though they should have changed to full price. If this level of service continues, I will certainly remain a happy customer.
