Excellent product & service

I can fully recommend Mossman trunks. The company where prompt and helpful in answering my initial queries and the level of service once I had placed my order continued to be excellent.
I purchased a steamer trunk as a wedding gift for my son and future wife. The physical quality of trunk and the stylish look of the printed map design make it the perfect gift.

Beautiful trunk

Beautiful trunk. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Mossman also use a better delivery company than most so the whole experience from order to delivery was great. May order another!!

Firstly the delivery address was…

Firstly the delivery address was ignored, despite confirming this over the phone. Then after calling and explaining that you had delivered to the billing address, and promising to make a pick up the next day. FedEx were sent to the actual delivery address to pick up the trunk???

Good afternoon and thank you for your feedback. I can assure you that the information you provided was not ignored, a clerical error in our Despatch process meant that the item was sent to the billing address provided rather than the delivery address. We have now put measures in place to ensure that this does not happen again in future. As agreed the item was collected from the billing address at our expense and has since been delivered to the correct delivery address.

Well packaged and presented

Well packaged and presented. The trunk was good quality and substantial and well finished. as this was for the rear plate of a vintage car, it could have been a smaller 'steamer trunk' but this was the only size on offer. I am aware of many vintage car owners looking for a stronger item than a wicker basket.
