I'm afraid we do not show what stage of production an order is at, tracking is only available via Fedex once an order has been despatched. I have checked the status of your order and this was despatched on Friday last week on a next working day service, so you should have received a tracking email via Fedex. I have tracked this shipment on your behalf and it is due to be delivered to you today by 11.40am.

We ordered the tuck box from this company. I was expecting the worst but to my surprise the box is perfect to me. I went to a few shops to buy the box and the price was between £100 to £115. We paid £57 for this lovely box from Mossman. It was delivered within 2 days. Thank you Mossman for a brilliant product and service!

Great success! The tuck box was exactly what the 13 year old grandson was hoping for! Black with silver initials. He was so pleased. This is the fourth tuck box we have ordered for our grandchildren. I cannot recommend the company more highly. Service and delivery faultless. Thank you.
