Mothcontrol Opiniones

My product has not yet arrived. I am very disappointed as it has been a week now.

Fast and efficient service. Good product.

Hi, I bought your wardrobe moth control things at my local Waitrose a while ago so decided as they had finished their life to go onto your website that was on the box..

Fantastic to be able to order on line rather than have to go to the store and HOPE that it was on the shelf!!

I have ordered more than I need at present to ensure that I have a stock!!

Lovely and thick material. Perfect for making window films to prevent cats getting out.

the transaction on line is clear and swift as is the delivery. The product is reliable although do not expect to eradicate the moths. The price is so high it is somewhat off-putting.

Friendly advisor on the phone .
Good information .
Items arrived in a few days .
Very happy with the service

I was disappointed when my order arrived and one item was missing. However, after I phoned to report this, the missing item was promptly dispatched to me. I am very happy with Moth Control’s customer service. I have been ordering from them for years now.

Recent order arrived without difficulty. Previous order for a single pack of moth-killer refills did not arrive at all, nor any refund of which I am aware (no message to that effect was received).

I find the traps work well. They also identify the places where I still have trouble.

I am struggling without full instructions. None at all were sent with the Traps. I also bought the spray & the powder. There is no indication when each should be used - or if they are used together or completely separately. Confusion

Low mark because they have not been delivered

Excellent product, fair price, excellent service.

i live in an old house and have had a battle with moths ever since I inherited some bookcases from my parents after they died nearly 20 years ago.
I have used the sticky strips for many years and find them the best way to control the moths, as well as a lot of hoovering and checking in dark corners.
I also hang my clothes in brightly lit areas, on rails, and not in cupboards.

Great, just put them out, hopefully the rats will be hungry for the Nate !

Prompt delivery, sensible cardbo
