Do not order from here.

Ordered two rps 125cc four wheelers for my kids for Christmas of 2025 and paid extra to have them assembled before arrival. Within a month of riding them, the frame has cracked in two places on both of them, the back rack welds broke and the rack came off. Back brake light bracket weld broke, air filter fell right off. Exhaust bracket welds broke with exhaust hanging. You call Bob to try and talk to the warranty people and he laughs saying, iv sold thousands of these the welds dont break like that. Of course you call the warranty place multiple times and no answer or no return call on a voicemail. It is now only 3 months of having and my kids cant even ride them safely. Do not waste your money on this garbage and half careless customer sevice after purchase.

chinese cheap junk

no assembly or operating instructions, battery completely dead even after repeatedly charging, chain comes off sprocket repeatedly and the sprockets are out of line by 1/2". there's no customer service. buy anywhere else

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. Placed an order(12/9) in the beginning of Dec for the Blazer i2k and paid extra for it to be delivered before Christmas and it never showed up.
After 8 attempts(calls/emails) starting 12/22 to get answers and finally got one on 1/15/26 that my order was on hold due to their own clerical mistake and the best they could do was $100 off plus free shipping. I canceled the order after their lackluster response/apology/ compensation. Thanks for nothing and thanks for ruining my kid's big Christmas present.

Purchased a mini Jeep for my kids and…

Purchased a mini Jeep for my kids and delivery was extremely wrong. They “lost” my order after telling me it had shipped. Then my order wasn’t assembled, then ABF supposedly had picked it up and the lady at ABF said they had gone 3 times that week for pick up’s and nothing was ready… fast forward to a month later the Jeep arrived. Windshield broken, missing mirrors, an engine that was not mounted properly and rattles very loudly while driving, brake fluid reservoir that was not installed properly and causes the brakes to not work, electrical nightmare… headlights flash like a strobe light, speedometer and gear lights do not work. $4000 and no response from Motobuys.

bad customer service. they messed up my order. now they are making up excuses why my mso papers never got sent so I cant even register the bike. order from someone else.

9 days I still no tracking.no.

I've been calling Moto buys for at least five six days in a row always going to call back or talk to shipping or something but shipping never called me back again Friday yesterday didn't call me back again getting concerned because I still haven't gotten a tracking number paid a lot of money and purchased extra for faster processing so no tracking number is still looking at 10 to 12:14 days for shipping still I would think and that's not fair when you pay extra I would just like some answers in a tracking number

SEnt parts to wrong address

Bought a $5k Trailmaster Blazer i2k go-kart for my son. The battery was defective upon arrival and failed to last a single charging cycle. that's not MotoBuy's issue. They actually quickly sent out a new battery without an argument. the issue is they put the wrong dang shipping label on it and sent it to someone 200 miles away from me.

I called them once I noticed the city was wrong on the tracking number. They said "oh, those mistakes never happen, but we'll try to contact our shipping department." Huh? Where is the shipping department? China??

Then I got the photo confirmation that the batter was delivered somewhere else. Emailed them and they finally got back to me confirming what I already confirmed for them. "Not to worry, we will get the battery to you!"

Great, so I wait and finally get the notification that night that they created a shipping label. It was Friday, so I knew it wouldn't get shipped till Monday. No biggie, that was plenty of time to get the battery and install it before our weekend trip to the off-road park.

Well, when I looked closer at the new tracking, it was coming from the customer they incorrectly shipped it to. So, instead of asking that customer to ship it to them and Motobuy immediately ship a replacement to me, they expect me to rely on their customer to ship it back with no real incentive to do so. Meanwhile, this is like an $800 battery, so I wouldn't be shocked if the other customer just tries to sell it.

Called them today to express my disbelief that they would have a customer send a part to another customer just to prevent them from having to potentially eat the cost of another battery. The woman who answered the phone was once again thoroughly clueless as to what was going on. I called at 10:30 am and she stammered around and said she'll call back once she figures it out. They are closed now, and no phone call.

What company does that? Asks another customer to ship a part to the right customer!?!?

I purchased the Trailblazer scooter…

I purchased the Trailblazer scooter (170cc) from Motobuys and added the $50 priority service option. The entire transaction was excellent—the scooter arrived faster than expected, in perfect condition, and it has been running flawlessly ever since.

I chose Motobuys for several reasons. First, many showrooms simply drop-ship but charge more for the same product, so I didn’t see the need to pay extra just to view it in person. Second, Motobuys has a strong reputation, with years of history and plenty of positive feedback, which gave me confidence after doing my research. Third, their shipping rates were fair compared to others.

I also considered Amazon, but those scooters are sold by third-party vendors, not Amazon directly. In the past, I placed an order through Amazon only to have it canceled a week later due to the seller being overseas. With Motobuys, I could trust the source and avoid that hassle. On top of that, they offer a wide selection of models and their website made it easy to find exactly what I wanted.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with my decision to buy from Motobuys and highly recommend them to anyone considering a scooter purchase.

The setup took some patience

The setup took some patience, but it was all worth it to see my kids riding this bike constantly. The customer service was also very responsive, helping until everything was right.

I purchased a 4 seater utv from them…

I purchased a 4 seater utv from them and paid $4400 shipped to my house. When the UTV arrived it was a 2 seater go-kart. I called and called to no avail they have caller ID so they just stopped answering my calls. I tried to place a hold on my card until they swapped out my utv and give me what I paid for. The issue is they know the credit card laws and manipulated they get paid and skip town. End of story dont buy nothing from them they are a shady bunch and you too will lose your money.
