Spent ages sending photos and giving info they offerd me £6410 then rang me back an hour later saying they thought it was a better model even though I give my full reg they come back with £5900 think this is a tactic to get people to accept a lower price last minute feel like the was trying to con me

Booked a collection for my Honda CB1000R and even took a full day off work to be available — clearly a complete waste of time.
I was told the driver would arrive between 08:00 and 16:00 and call ahead. Instead, I received absolutely no communication whatsoever. After chasing it myself at 15:30, I was simply told the driver wouldn’t be coming. No explanation, no apology, no basic courtesy.
This level of incompetence and disregard for a customer’s time is unacceptable. Taking a day off work for nothing due to your failure to communicate is beyond frustrating.
I will not be using this company again and would strongly advise others to avoid if you value your time

Received quote online, had a chat with Sam, concerning the condition etc and procedure, booked a day for collection, on the day of collection Nick informed me of his arrival, very efficient handover, he checked the bike was how I described it was, confirmed to his office all ok, I paid for immediate payment and deal done 👍✅✅✅.

I was very pleased with the price they offered, far better than WBAB. Really nice people to deal with and no tyre kicking and sucking of teeth on inspection of the bike. I paid an extra 30 quid and the money was transferred to my account before the bike was loaded on the van. I would highly recommend using this company if you want a hassle free experience.

Yes the Quote was lower than I would have hoped considering I bought the bike from Superbike factory and this company is owned by Superbike factory and I paid £8000 5 months ago and they have just paid me £5760! However I was honest with the questions and everything was as expected. The bike was immaculate and Clive gave it a really good check and they paid what they quoted. Clive was fantastic and a real pleasure. So all good.

By far the best quote I got for my bike with a guaranteed amount. Be honest with your appraisal and the questions asked and this quote is not watered down when the operative comes to collect it.
John the operative that collected my bike was easy to get on with and gave the bike a thorough and fair examination.
All in all it made selling my bike an easy and painless experience.
Oh and FYI the quote was close to TWICE the amount that ‘WBAB’ offered 😏

The chap that turned up to collect my bike was really friendly and very fair when checking the bike. The price I got was a bit lower than I hoped but the procedure was smooth and uncomplicated. Sorry to see the bike go but he handled it with great care so I was very pleased. Great service.

Really simple pleasant experience as long as what you input is honest. I had to change collection a couple of times which was accommodated with no loss of value. On the day, I received plenty of notice and the collection man (Ian) was polite, open and honest as to how he records the bike.

They were absolutely brilliant made me a offer which I excepted picked the bike up this morning and paid me straight away can’t fault them at all everyone I have spoken have been polite and honest with me and to be honest the place I brought it from didn’t want to know said come back next year and we will see then if we are interested and that was destination triumph so I won’t be going there for my next bike call these guys 100% recommend them 👍
