Very smooth transaction selling my bike to Big Moto, fill out a few details and you get a quote quickly. Bike inspected by collection team, photos taken to confirm that the bike was in the condition I had stated. A quick phone call to Big Moto from collection team and I was paid in a couple of minutes, exactly as their quite.

Tried really hard to buy a really good bike, but unfortunately people try too hard and offer excuses and stories that don't make sense. Bike was 1 owner, then 2 owners because they had transferred it to trade? (Doesn't add an owner,) When I informed them trade doesn't add an owner, the new reason was a deal cancelled due to failing finance, so another owner in November 25. I'm not unhappy with 2 owners, I just need the facts in order to create trust in spending my money online. Missinformation causes mistrust.

Spoke to Clare Hussey, regarding the bike that I reserved and he was absolutely brilliant in explaining all the details about the bike, and what options are available for me, he was a great help, top man. Looking forward to seeing the motorcycle.

I wouldn't recommend. I'm normally the first to give 4 or 5 stars but I did not have a good experience with these people. I was selling my bike and buying a 2nd hand one from them. There was absolutely zero flexibility on their behalf but rather obstacles placed in the way. No test ride on the new machine until after I would agree to purchase and a (refundable) deposit and then some 3 weeks to get the bike ready for a test ride/pick up. Then an extra admin fee of £199 on top of list price. Lastly their "unsubscribe" doesn't work - broken link. I'm pleased for them they are so busy that they can effectively turn customers away. It left a bad impression with me.
