Good company let down by unreliable manufacturers
Ordered ixil Ironhead silencers to be informed there was a 2 week wait due to production issues at ixil. after 2 phone calls, both saying another week or so I cancelled my order, five weeks down the line I was informed they were in stock so re- ordered , they arrived swiftly, but were a VERY poor fit so have sent them back for refund.
Pity as these guys seem really good people who are dealing with an unreliable supplier / manufacturer. on this occasion my shopping experience was not a positive one but I wish to make it clear that I would use them again, just not for any ixil product

Great Service
They were awaiting stock on a particular item (the same as every other supplier for this item), gave me helpful options but i decided to wait for the item. They ended up supplying it super quicker in the end anyway.

Order never ship out
Ordered a puig windscreen from them on 9th Apr, status remained as "preparation" on 12th May.
Dropped them a whatsapp message and informed they only receive their goods from supplier once a month. And no longer reply to me.
Does not reply to my email as well. I strongly believe I'm being cheated.

We're very sorry that you haven't received your order on time; production of your screen suffered production delays at Puig in Spain that were beyond our control. We receive goods weekly so I apologise if there was any misunderstanding regarding the expected arrival of your screen; I can see communication was sent to you on the April 16th.
