Fehlende Dokumente, Verkäufer kümmert sich nicht
Mein Paket wird beim Zollamt festgehalten weil keine Rechnung beiliegt.
Der Verkäufer hat den Verkauf unprofessionell durchgeführt.
Vermutlich wird das Paket jetzt einige Wochen vor Ort liegen und zurück nach UK geschickt.
Der Verkäufer reagiert auch nicht auf E-Mails. Ich rate von einem Kauf ab!!!
Ergänzung auf Ihre Antwort... Das ist eine Lüge!! Ich habe Post von DHL erhalten und die wollten von mir eine Einwilligung bezüglich einer Wertermittlung weil KEINE Rechnung im Paket war! Das würde mir dann mit 14,95 Euro in Rechnung gestellt werden. Daraufhin habe ich per Mail meine Rechnung an DHL übermittelt. Nach Prüfung der Unterlagen wurde jetzt das Paket weiter bearbeitet.
Sie sollten sich schämen solche unwahrheiten zu verbreiten

Ich habe das Problem umgehend mit dem Zoll in unserem Land untersucht und kann bestätigen, dass die Rechnung der Sendung beigefügt war. Es wurde unsererseits kein Fehler bei der Dokumentation gemacht.
Ich habe dies auch mit Parcelforce überprüft und kann sehen, dass Ihre Bestellung heute Morgen in Ihrem Land angekommen ist. Alle Dokumente sind in Ordnung. Das Paket sollte in Kürze bei Ihnen eintreffen.
Wir möchten uns aufrichtig für die Unannehmlichkeiten entschuldigen, die durch diesen Vorfall beim Zoll entstanden sind. Dies ist zweifellos ein seltener Fall, und wir bedauern sehr, dass Sie davon betroffen sind. Bitte seien Sie versichert, dass dies kein Problem unsererseits ist, sondern beim Zoll in Ihrem Land liegt.

vielen Dank für Ihre Nachricht.
Es tut mir leid zu hören, welche Umstände Sie mit dem Zoll hatten. Ich möchte jedoch klarstellen, dass wir eine vollständige Dokumentation von Parcelforce vorliegen haben, die bestätigt, dass die Zollrechnung ordnungsgemäß außen am Paket angebracht war, als es unser Haus verlassen hat.
Daher liegt das Problem offensichtlich bei der Zollabwicklung in Ihrem Land. Es ist durchaus möglich, dass die Zollrechnung versehentlich entfernt oder während der Prüfung verloren gegangen ist – das liegt jedoch leider außerhalb unseres Einflussbereichs.
Ich verstehe Ihre Verärgerung sehr gut, aber wir haben alle Exportvorgaben korrekt eingehalten und die nötigen Unterlagen beigelegt, um genau solche Probleme zu vermeiden. Es tut mir wirklich leid, dass Ihnen dadurch Unannehmlichkeiten entstanden sind, doch bitte haben Sie Verständnis dafür, dass dies nicht durch uns verschuldet wurde.

Excellent service and experience
I dealt with James and he was fantastic! I had questions about the Lambda sensor fittings as my bike has two but the images only showed one. James contacted IXIL for clarification and even uploaded their fitting instructions onto the Motorcycle Performance Store website within a day. I was then able to satisfy myself as to compatibility prior to ordering. The exhaust arrived quickly, well packed and in perfect condition. All in all, excellent service - thank you!
