Thank you all at Motofinity for a seemless experience. Disappointed that I was given mid May for delivery which was then moved to early June. However a couple of days notice car was delivered at the end of May.

Living in Northern Ireland I thought I would experience difficulties due to the Windsor Framework. I found the whole experience of purchasing a new Toyota easy and the staff I encountered in several departments very friendly and helpful. Special mention to Lucy, Brady and Kitt.

For clarity, I am writing this review AFTER delivery of my lovely new IONIQ 5, all ordered from and organised by Motorfinity. I can honestly say it is the best experience I have ever had of making a major purchase, especially a car purchase.
There was never any "hard sell" in fact, communication, initially by phone then by e-mail was excellent. Each part of the process was handled by a different person, but the handover was clear and I was always confident in the best way to contact the team. The DISCOUNT was so big, my wife was anxious ...
