Positive experience!
Offered me a fair price for my car online, took the car for them to view and check over, within an hour I had the amount offered online in my account.
Very good customer service, they appreciated the car was 6 years old and didn’t try to haggle the price down (as other garages would have)

Simple process
Simple process, offered me £300 higher than next best competitor. Collection and appraisal took 25 minutes and money was in my bank within that time, received before the car was taken and no haggling on price on my driveway.
Minus 1 star as communication could have been better, there was a bit of waiting around and chasing up to the point of collection.
Other than that, I’d use this company again!

Simple, efficient service. Isaac (buyer) was great - agreed a fair price for my car and didn’t knock additional money off when a few issues were identified. Car was collected the following morning and cash in my bank.

Really pleased with the service I received at Motormoolah. Jade offered me at least £500 above what other dealerships were offering (£2k over for some!) and the process was incredibly smooth. Once we had agreed on the price, the car was collected 3 days later with payment made instantly. Would highly recommend!

Everything went smoothly, Jade dealt with our varied and many queries immediately and was knowledgeable and helpful.
My brother recommended Motormoolah and we’re glad we took his advice. We got a decent price for our car and pickup went smoothly. I would certainly use them again.

Was quoted just over £11k for my car
Was quoted just over £11k for my car, they booked in to collect it the next day. The gent turned up the next day, vaping outside my car then immediately getting in while chucking his bag in the back seat. Took it for a test drive and stalled, then offered me £600 less than quoted. He asked for a counter offer, I said the original amount. He then said his office was fine with that, asked me to sign the online papers. While waiting for a good 10 minutes for the money to hit my account he said his office messaged him and didn't want the car anymore. Then asked where the nearest train station was. 100% would avoid this company.
